- The Royal Enfield Continental GT 535 was unlike any other RE motorcycle we had seen before. It had all the componentry to back its cafe racer claim other than the engine which proved to be its weakest link. A record that Royal Enfield was keen on setting straight with their first ever 648cc parallel twin motor. And the figures looked promising enough for Sarge to don his race suit and hit his favourite mountain pass to test its mettle. But the ride review turned out to be a lot longer than expected as Sarge ventured further to explore the potential unlocked by its sibling, the Interceptor 650 where the Continental GT 650 came short.

There were nights in my college days where the sweet symphony of the Daytona put me to sleep. That particular review of yours made me passionate about these machines. Now that i own a GT 650 i can totally relate to the grin you had while pulling the throttle. Its been one hell of a journey and thank you for inspiring people like me to be ambitious and be that kid who loves to hit the open roads, lean in corners and have fun in our otherwise mundane lives.
I feel we both agree that riding the GT is more fun than the INT. Damn this machine can lean in corners. I didn’t expect a knee drag but when I finally did, it was the most amazing feeling i had till date!
Once again thank you for bringing back those memories. Loved the review, keep inspiring.

You sound totally like me, My dream bike always have been Daytona.Now Moto 2 765 edition came,was sooo happy to hear about it ,but still out of budget as it always have been. I am in my master right now and buying the GT 650 ,hope to have some good times with it ,will be recieving it around october. I love the GT but Daytona has a special place in my heart One day one of those 765 s.
Just booked gt today. How good is the handling? Bro is it nimble and good as r15?
update:- Got my GT ice queen , it is pretty darn heavy at low speeds about 10-20kmph , but when it goes above 35-40 which it does in about 2 or 3 sec it is soooo nimble.

nope.. because of their content and production and cinematography and after effects and narration.. and the list goes on.. Sagar had the edge on bikes but they were producing equally good 4 wheeled content..

Hey Sagar ! Great review ! Experienced all your points during my last ride on my int 650 from Kolkata to Chitrakoot falls in Chattisgarh. I did 1200kms in one day on the int and was amazed by the bike's performance. It made the journey of 2500kms in 3 days seem like cakewalk for me !

It is hard to choose between a well priced high capacity motorcycle like the 650, and the sporty motorcycles like the 390(performance) , ninja300(performance, quality) and apache 310(for the looks and finish).

Yeah, I think I'll got for the Continental GT 650.
I'm trying to make a purchase decision for the upcoming month. Can the rims be made to work tubelessly? Considering that everyone says how easy they are to fix... My old bike has traditional tyres and I know how much of a pain it is to get fixed, especially when you are trying to get somewhere.

we've all heard about falling in love. but in this video, our sarge showed us what "leaning in love" is all about. beautiful video, the cinematography and the music. i'm watching this at midnight. and can peacefully go to sleep now. thank you sarge and the people behind the camera. truly commendable!
Seeing my GT (The same shade i have i.e Mr clean) and Sarge together , it's a treat to the eyes. You represent my feeling bro. My mind said INT is more practical but heart called GT. And I went with my heart. Boy oh boy... I love it. It's pure motorcycling. It's not what you think before buying, its the satisfaction after that. Even now..after spending 6 months with her, I'll pick GT over a duke 390 or ninja 300 or INT. This is when you realize, it's made for you. I may change other bikes in my life,but this GT will always be a jewel in my garage. Cheers to the brotherhod. Ride or die remember?

As always, superb presentation and a hell of a video from Sarge.
But as an honest viewer, would like to point out a few niggles which could have been handled better by the backend (editing) team:
1. Audio mastering could have been better; that is the background music overpowers Sarge's voice, especially in the 1st half of the video which sounds a bit harsh.
(E.g.: @ 1:38 , 2:01 , 2:53 )
2. Sarge's voice should have been Close Captioned (hardcoded to the video) while he is talking while riding the bike, as the wind blast makes it a bit hard to listen to what he is saying.
3. Sarge's voice is getting clipped (might be too much gain perhaps) through 2:20 till 2:25.
Sorry to be nitpicking but I am commenting so elaborately just because I am a huge fan of Sarge and want the video to be perfect in all aspects. :)
