In this video, I try Kiss Impress Press On Falsies Lashes! I recently got rid of my lash extensions and so I tried these. In this video I take you through every step of the application and give you my impressions.

All it takes is practice. I’ve been wearing lashes like this for years. I can put them on in 5 minutes now. I love them. Just be patient, and you’ll get your groove on. ❤️
I love it that you don’t try to be perfect. Anyone else would practice beforehand and make us think they’re easy to apply.

You're a trooper! You made me laugh watching this. I went through the same thing, trying to make all kinds of lashes work. Magnetic lashes, strip lashes, clump lashes. When I was in college I used to wear Twiggy lashes -- tiny clumps of three or four hairs which would fill gaps in between my lashes. Looked very natural. Those were the best for me back then -- used to put them on everyday before class and take them off at night, picking off the glue and reuse them days afterward. My fingers seem more clumsy now and my eyesight is worse. But you've inspired me to try again!
Beth, Thank you for not editing this and bravely showing what its truly like for us trying to put on these false lashes. I have had these sitting on my counter for weeks but havnt even opened them because i know i dont have 3 hours set aside to putting them on. And as for men? Lucky if you get one that would put on a tie. This did give me some great laughs and dare i say hope?

I’m fairly competent and reasonably coordinated but I have to admit lashes have kicked my butt. I have to set aside 3 hours of getting ready time if I’m going to get them on, and an hour later they’re hanging half off. They make me want to poke my eyes out.

I'm 53 and have never worn false lashes! You did a great job :)
Same!!! Recently I started with Ardell 110 lashes from CVS and trimmed off about a third and sed the clear drying glue and applied them underneath, not on top

It was so fun watching you put on those lashes. Maybe I will try them too. I have never thought I could put them on correctly, but you made it look easy. On another note, I completely changed my marriage around when I stopped all and I mean all negative thoughts or entertaining negative memories of my husband. It was actually quite hard to do as i was so used to remembering everything bad he had done. Once I stopped, our relationship started to get so much better. Probably one of the best things I have ever done.

I found your channel today and I'm a great fan of self adhesive lashes. I have found the lash extentions are so hard on your natural lashes. The self adhesive lashes are amazing. The natural length is more natural by kiss.

Oh my gosh! I am so excited to try these! I use the Kiss lashes just like these, but I have the ones that need the bonding glue. For a 58 year old woman who has never worn lashes, I found them pretty easy to use, but I hate when it’s time to remove them & the glue. These seem so much better for your natural lashes. You did better than me your first try:) I have never used the tweezers because I’m not coordinated enough, lol. I just use my fingers. After wearing them for about 3 months, I’ve gotten pretty good at applying them. My right eye is always easier than my left eye though. Thank you so much for sharing these. I will be buying some today! 😊 Edit- your skin is absolutely gorgeous, but I do understand not liking a magnifying mirror.

Hi, Beth--You cracked me up with your comment about the magnifying mirror! So true! And I do so admire your courage to film your first attempt at trying these. You're a far more courageous woman than I am. it looks like this process takes alot of patience--which definitely isn't my strong point, but it does look like it's easier to apply them with your fingers than with the tool. But they do look great and you did an amazing job. Since I just had cataract surgery on my first eye, I won't be trying these for awhile, but you've definitely inspired me. I got this set and found it to be really easy to apply. I actually just applied one on the outer edge of the lash

Your thought for the day made me think of long ago at WW a lady said she had written down some negative thoughts she was having and her husband walked by and read over her shoulder. He said, "Who is saying that about you?!!" And she said, "Me! I'm saying that." We do get down on ourselves sometimes, and this was a good reminder for me. Have a lovely weekend.

It started out a little difficult, as trying new things can, but you figured out the best way to apply the lashes on the second eye. Great job! They look really pretty. I'm betting that Alan will like these.
I grew up in an environment with very negative family members. I always thought I was pleasant and was told so on occasion, but recently, two people told me I'm too negative. One was a friend, and she did it in a very abrupt way. I'm not intentionally negative. I guess my health issues and current circumstances cause me to be less than content.
I have been trying really hard to not carry the negativity of my family and current life challenges. Even when I think I'm being really positive, I now wonder if others still see me as negative. I'm doing my best.
Thank you for sharing that as I think that is a little bit my problem too. I think we all just do the best we can and it is frustrating when sometimes people will tell you that you’re being negative when you really didn’t think you were. Sometimes also, I think that as we age our face just looks a bit more negative unless we’re actively smiling. That’s a bit of a difficult thing to!
Thanks so much for reviewing these lashes. Two weeks ago after I saw Jenifer Jenkins review these I just had to try them. I as well as her have always struggled with lashes.
I’ve only tried them once.
I did find them to be the easiest of all the lashes I’ve ever tried. My one eye came out pretty good but the other one, not great. I only put 2 on each eye on the outer corners as she did. I do have some of my own lashes on the inner corners so I didn’t feel a need to put so many on.
As you said- there is definitely a learning curve but I’m eager to keep practicing with these as I feel hopeful I can improve over time. I so related to some of your struggles with application! I’m hoping they will stay on a few days, I have a few ideas for this.
Beth- I’m wondering if you’ve ever considered a hair topper?
I think you’d look great w/ one.
I’ve been wearing them for years, it’s been so freeing to not have to deal w/ my hair as much. I just turned 60, as I’ve gotten older & my hair is thinning even more & becoming dryer (was already dry!), I am so grateful to have them. Like the lashes, there is definitely a learning curve but they can be customized (thru the dealer or a local stylist) & made to look so natural ie- roots & hi or low lights etc.

You had me in stitches here😁, I thought I was the only one that have problems with those itty bitty sticky things. I guess its a learned skill which you can get by doing it over and over again
I used to wear false lashes years ago when I was younger almost everyday. I’m 75 now..not worth the aggravation…unless it’s applied For me for a special occasion. Trust me, a good mascara will work great.
