You’re upload came just in time as my daughter was getting things ready for her prom. She wanted to wear lashes, but I haven’t the slightest clue to putting them on correctly. I bought these after watching your upload and they really worked especially for us that are not used to wearing falsies. Thanks for the recommendation, Risa!
Hi Risa I agree I think they're great for an event especially if it's someone that doesn't normally wear them. This would make it easier. I absolutely love that lavender color on you! It makes your pretty eyes pop more!

The final look is very pretty! There are SO many kinds of lashes and everyone's eyes are different (shape, comfort, etc). Good product review.

Hi Risa, thanks for the video. Which brands do lashes with clear bands? I've only worn lashes a few times but because my eyes are hooded and small the black bands seem to cover the only eyelid space I have on show, but would love to wear them more xx

Risa....your Total LOOK Is Gorgeous. These lashes looked very pretty on you, and though you said that they were a more dramatic look, I would wear them daily. I wear makeup everyday, just not lashes and its not because I don't like them I can't apply them quick enough and I get frustrated. I have to watch those lash tutorials more CAREFULLY.

I have seen those at Ulta and wondered about them. I think you satisfied my curiosity. I will stick my traditional way of applying glue to the lashes. Btw, what color polish are you wearing?
I just discovered these as a corner lash and I’m a musician/singer - they are so easy to put on and I wore them for 1 week. I put them on last Saturday and now it’s a Saturday. My right eye lash started to come up on the outer corner so I added a bit of black glue and got more days. These are perfect for me as I can never get my left eye lash on when I’m running out to go to my shows/gigs. It was so easy !
And .. I was sweating while performing and dancing etc.. so yeah .. they stayed on 👍

Thank you for this Fab Find. I struggle with applying lashes but don't wear them everyday (probably why I struggle). So for me these would be great to try for a special event or as you said to practice. I'm going to try them. Risa, have you seen the magnetic eyeliner that works with magnetic lashes? I saw it on Instagram and was very intrigued by it. Would love to hear your opinion on them, you are such a false lash maven...😍

Can you please share your experience with NeuLash? I’ve been using Latisse for 2 years now and I love it except the brush ; I have to open a new brush for each eye every time I use it.

Wouldn't it be easier to wash the brush after each use? Much less wasteful.

It’s personal preference. I usually do the inner corner first.

I'm green light comes to the makeup thing learned a lot on RUclips what eyelashes would you recommend I am so beginner at this but I have a form of muscular dystrophy so my hands and fingers are bent all the time I've tried the magnetic lash but I'm not sure I don't want to spend a bunch of money figuring out what would be easy what would you suggest the easiest eyelashes for application thank you and the new subscriber I really enjoy your videos

Hi Risa, I'd love it if you could review the One Two magnetic lashes - the half lashes in particular because my eyes are VERY hooded nowadays. I'm a complete novice at applying false lashes and, to be completely honest, makeup in general - let's just say I've come very late to the party at 46! Plus it doesn't help that the ol' eyesight ain't what it used to be and I need my specs for anything close up/detailed these days. I've tossed up trying out the One Two half lashes to see if they help my gumby self master the art of applying lashes. However, I live in Australia so (1) they're horrendously expensive because of the exchange rate and (2) I couldn't take advantage of their satisfaction guaranteed policy because the return shipping would be crippling. So this Aussie sheila would be very grateful to hear your thoughts on them before getting out the good ol' plastic and making a purchase! :-)
Those look great. Just spent $$ on Lash Buddies. Hope they’re worth it. I’m pretty good with any false lash . The magnetic s were heavy and ridiculous to apply!

I am so curious about the lashes with magnetic glue. You apply right to the eye like a liner. I saw Tati try it and she said she liked it but never heard her mention it again.
I don't wanta Hassel with putting on mascara, but I do notice that u can see that your wearing falsies. Is there a certain eyelash I should get or product that I can apply to blend in?
Inky minky lashes are made by zabrina on RUclips. Do you put them on your skin or on your eyelashes?

Did you put mascara before applying these lashes ? Or you recommend no mascara when wearing false lashes ?
@Veronica Coronado I'm pretty sure Risa curls and applies a coat of mascara before applying false lashes. The reason being because they blend better with mascara and you don't want to get mascara on your false lashes since then you can't use them again. You curl first since false lashes are curled and you don't want your lashes straight and the lashes curled. Hope that helps.

I read that you are supposed to put the lash(es) on a clean, bare, make up free eyelid FIRST, then apply the makeup, makes sense that the adhesive would work LESS if initially (& subsequently) placed over eyeshadow or eyeliner!
These are the absolute best thing ever- I love them. I will never buy glue again
I can’t wear anything magnetic because I have a pacemaker. I came across some “eyelur” lashes and I loved the look I didn’t even notice that they are pretty glued when I got them so they been spitting there Waiting to be used this whole time.. I need to just do it. I really love how these lashes are thinner in the inner corner and thicker in the outer corner. I wonder if I can peel off their glue and use my own

If you're going to try magnetic lashes, try the ones that come with a liner that the lashes stick to. (Forgive the bad grammar.) I've seen Tati and RawBeautyKristi do videos on them if you want to check them out.
Does the package to these say if the glue is latex free? I have an allergy.
Hi Tara! I am definitely going to try that. My friend has the ones that attach to the liner and she really likes them! Yes, I did mention that these are latex free.

Yep magnetic, did not work, so I'm gonna try these are are different, I'm gonna trim. Must remove adhesive it comes with, and attach to the strip on top.

I saw a video that said that when you put it on, the skin should be clean and dry, so it will stick properly. And when you're going to reuse it, wash and clean the lashes first. you can even wash your face with the lashes on it.... interesting.

Can i put my own glue on The eyelash ?
I'm embarrassed to admit(because I'm not actually stupid...), but my main problem with falsies is deciding when's the right time, regarding the glue tackiness, to put them on...it drives me crazy! It's a bit easier with a "clear" glue 'cause it changes the colour (yeah, I know...clear though changing colour?!). I'm too lazy to practice- I'd like a perfectly accurate answer, but I know it's impossible... nevermind, I'll get the hang of it.
Second...I am always freaking out when people are just stripping/pulling them from their lashes. How is it possible that they don't pluck out their own lashes?! If it's important to glue the falsies as closer as possible to your own lashes, they have to be glued together in some places...?!
Maybe that's one of the reasons women, wearing falsies non stop, don't have almost any of their natural ones. Or they are in terrible shape...sparse, barely existing, short...
Any suggestions?!

I bought a pair of "self adhesive" lashes. The right lash ripped in half when I tried to remove it from the package. That was a waste of $. 😂
Helpful video but I really wish you would have shown yourself removing them. I'm so afraid of using the ones I have because my lashes are almost non-existent already and I'm so afraid that what's left will be pulled out.
