Can I talk to one of you guys over the phone or something. Starting my PT journey & really want to be great at it. Just have a lot of questions
Me too. I been certified through nasm and now that i got the summer off, I wanna hone into that but its hard to get ppl to buy in. Are you working in gym or are you learning on the fly? And what’s your overall goal with personal training?
@@christopherquaye1633 I want to help change the narrative behind quick results & start emphasizing the importance of creating new life habits. Also re-educate the people on the importance of strength training & mobility training.
We are in a society I feel that is huge on quick results. So they lean toward high intensity type exercises that will likely lead for them to either A. Burnout quickly and get tired of exercising 2. Injury 3. Great results and losing weight but regaining the weight back months/ years later
@@LightsOutLLC824__ u sound a lot like me. I’m really big on building mobility and functionality rather than heavy lifts for the fuck of it lol.
But yeah that’s great. I love talking fitness just in general cuz it is something that is needed especially as we get older. Where did u get ur cert from?
Are you ALL you guys wacky?
