@vizualcmdr188 once more lifts are open the crowds are a lot better. Weekends will still have some lines but at least people will be spread out. You can move around the mountain to avoid the people, after 930am people move to the backside so the front side is way less busy, and then around lunch all sides are much better. For snow in November those were great conditions, last year I think it opened December 12th and the year before was December 19th I believe. We've had years start where we don't even go up until after new year because of rain!
@@vizualcmdr188 imo the crowds weren't even that bad compared to some weekend days at Stevens. I would try and schedule out some weekdays or just plan on hitting side country if that was too much crowd for you
@@polyglottenforpain it wasn't too bad just backed up a bit at the lift lines. It cleared up a bit around lunch which was what I expected and they only had 4 lifts opened so it was understandable.
We didn't stay at the mountaineers lodge, they changed the route from lot 4 and you don't want next to the building where they keep the cats at anymore. You walk onto the same cat track that does take you to the mountaineers lodge and that spits you out about the cat building
If you were there for opening day, what did you think of the snow??
I just moved here a couple years ago and it was my first time at Stevens. Snow was pretty good, crowds not so much.
