Coincidentally, my wife Stephanie who had both of her knees replaced 6 months ago came home from the basin rec center in Park City the day after you shot this and started telling me about this wonderful women she met there while working out and then hung out in the hot tub with post workout. She was so inspired by her story telling me about her opening day, the single knee replacement, her four runs, etc... I had not seen the episode yet so when I watched it I was like..."my god, she was chill'n with Lucas' mom" and showed her the episode...small world brother. Love what you're doing because you're not trying to be anything other than what you are, authentic, and that is what makes these films so special. Well played Lucas, your mom has done well. I had my knee replaced over six years ago & it's been amazing. I had mine done at 46 yrs. & I got to choose the surgery date, two days after the mountain closed. I was mnt. biking by June. Skiing ever since. No troubles, but I can the when a big storm is coming in. Your Mom is going to feel much younger.

I'm getting my knee replaced (mid 60's) after the holidays with Stryker hardware. I wish I could ski again but do to a severe back injury (with more surgeries on the horizon) I'm good with watching the videos. Enjoy the upcoming season...

My wife and i will be going early January. Looking for suggestions and possibly some advice for easier runs on Jupiter and 9990. This will hopefully be our first time up there but we are kinda newbies and feel comfortable on some moguley blues and blacks. Thx for the video and was really cool to see your mom for the first time!
Got first chair of the season on pc side got there at 5 pm night before and slept in a chair in line so fun and definitely worth being the first one up for the season
quick question, does it cost you a lot to go between all of these ski resorts and mountains on ski passes and fuel and food etc, or is there a way that you can do it relatively cheap

Someone skiing 3, 4 weeks at a resort, but then not actually paying so much for it... It's probably not the brand image they're going for.
