Scotland History Tours is here for people who want to learn about Scottish history and get ideas for Scottish history tours. I try to make videos which tell you tales from Scotland's past and give you information about key dates in Scottish history and historical places to visit in Scotland. Not all videos are tales from Scotland's history, some of them are about men from Scotland's past or women from Scotland's past. Basically the people who made Scotland. From April 2020 onward I've tried to give ideas for historic days out in Scotland. Essentially these are days out in Scotland for adults who are interested in historical places to visit in Scotland.
As one of Scotland history tour guides people ask: Help me plan a Scottish holiday, or help me plan a Scottish vacation of your from the US. So from April 2020 I've tried to give a bit of history, but some places of interest in Scotland as well.
Now drive 564 miles south to Lymington to experience another open air sea water swimming pool. This one was unheated the last time I visited. Keep up the good work Bruce and I hope that you too have a good day 🌞
Thanks for talking about walking - the best way the best speed to really see the details of any landscape.
I've the great pleasure to live in Stonehaven! Great to have you visit!
I must say The Bay is my preferred chipper, handy to get the ice cream next door for dessert too.
I have great memories of Stonie having spent many a holiday or weekend at NetBeans at the top of the town , some hike to the swimming pool and Even more so going back up thon hill.
Ha my home town 🥰it was free to get in in my day and we would hang out there as kids❤
I love Stonehaven it is beautiful there.
If I ever see Bruce in Scotland anywhere anytime I’ll get the man a pint brilliant videos 👍🏼 ma mams fae kineff all my family live in Stonehaven if your ever visiting stay at west gallerton farmhouse see sheila and she’ll sort you out 👍🏼
Bruce, thank you again for the information videos. These are giving me more ideas and information to look up for our future, in-depth trip to Scotland. But I'm still wondering why 'Anyone' would give a thumbs down to any of these videos (Let alone anyone's information videos). I just don't get it. So I'll give them 👍👍 to make it right.
I grew up near Stoney! Just a couple of villages north from there.
Beautiful wee toon, and some of the finest chippers anywhere :) Its nice to find it on youtube 🤩
Yes was funny ☘️
Just discovered your channel from from of your other videos and was really enjoying it, so am well excited to find out you’ve visited my town! Bangin haha
I lost my shit when i found this, too. ha ha It's rad.
Gutted I missed this, could have taken you into the open air for a wee look about
Also, the bay is better 😏
Best fish n chips ever!
Bruce - love your videos. One thing on this one, though, is that the automatic captioning is MURDERING place names like Dunnottar as well as really struggling with yer accent, mate!
Dunnottar Castle is just stunning, managed to get a stunning day with perfect weather. Stonehaven has it own weather system so good luck with the weather 😂 and i hope u like walking up and down lots of stairs 😂😂
When your at Kineff look for the the graves of the Spanish soldiers buried there after their ships were sunk of the coast at Gourdon while sailing up the coast as part of what was left of the Spanish armada.
Stonehaven to Strathhaven or to Stonehouse.
I like watching your videos, very interesting, plus it’s good practice for understanding the accent in preparation for Peaky Blinders season 6....:)
I live here lmao
I've had both - The Bay is better!
Sorry. Canot stop. Gotto eat. you have earned a DARPA vault trip to storyville. YOU also send one of your bairns, whol lives.
