The Antarctic Ice Marathon 2023.
These were the final moments of my journey last year to run marathons across all Seven Continents.
A journey which included expeditions across the Agafay Desert, Wadi Rum Desert, Alaska, Australian Outback, Amazon Rainforest, Arctic Circle, and lastly, the frozen continent of Antarctica.
To become one of the youngest members in history of the ‘7 Continents Marathon Club’ at 24 years old.
With temperatures of -25°C with wind chill - and risks of snow blindness, frostbite and dehydration, this was both a brutal yet beautiful end to the 14-month journey.
