The Mini 4K does have iPhone lighting cable in the antenna compartment of the N1 controller. I forgot to extend the antenna 🫠

I never understood the name change, I'll still refer to it as tbe Mini 2, still have mine since it came out years ago, still flies like a dream, only thing I wish was better was the features and the zoom ability, my charger dock hasn't got a screen sadly.
How about some active tracking too?
@DadRandom the funny thing is, it does have partial tracking when doing certain modes, by no means is it exceptional and only whilst doing one of the quick shots, I did it the other day but had to abort it as it was going to travel backwards into a house lmao

I don’t agree, there is a ton of history and flight examples. What specifically do you need to know. 5 years of experience with every single DJI mini; ask me a question… I can tell you all you need to know about flying them.
The best thing about DJI is the number of after market accessories. Tablet adapters, cases, prop guards, you name it.
Sad thing is that you can’t buy direct in all markets. Here in Canada we have to import this or settle for the Mini 2SE “special Costco” bundle for $399 CAD.
There are a ton of ways to make your mini cool
Going to go with the fly more combo 450 bucks charging hub three batteries case extra propellers I think
Such a perfect drone for this particular time. You get all of the DJI quality and less fear of any government ban. Should not matter with this bird.
Can any of the DJI controllers that have a screen work with this unit?
RC Pro and the DJI RC as far as I know. RC 2 has a newer version of occusync

It’s the last DJI drone with this particular frame and build. The next generation will all be more like the mini 3 and 4 designs

Just got my Mini 4K today - Thanks Dad! Already had a Potensic Atom too, this ought to be fun... Got a DJI re-certified three pack L-ion batteries and charger, master airscrew blue stealth props off the site Dad has talked about. I found the iPhone lighting cable tucked in the controller same, same... My un-boxing was pretty much a replay as outlined in the video... now it's time to charge, load the app and go fly.

It's not a new drone mate. It's the DJI MINI 2 rebranded.
I’ve been flying minis for 6 years. I’ve tested every mini. Look at the footage from those tests and tell me it’s the same drone..
@@DadRandom I'm not telling you anything. It IS the same drone. Not the Mini 2 SE but the original 4K mini 2.
Maybe they changed it a bit (I saw videos and the Mini 2 looks actually quite better) but if we forget the captor it's the same drone
