How are you doing?
It has been a long time since my last video. I had to go to Korea and stay there for a while, which was longer than I initially planned.
I sincerely appreciate you guys for sticking around even though there haven’t been any updates for quite some time. To show how much that means to me, I rushed my first video as soon as I returned to States.
Today, I bring you an easy, easy, super easy recipe for making loaf bread. It is so easy that I bet a child can make this!
I’ve been researching very hard in making keto bread, and this recipe is a happy bonus from my research. I’ve used what I found in that research and applied it to regular bread, and surprise, surprise! It works! I was so happy that I’ve been aching to share with you!
It is not easy anymore to just stroll out to buy a loaf of bread, I know. I hope this video would help you enjoy a delicious meal with your family by making this on your own.

I made this today and it was beautiful! It pulled apart just like the video, it was so light and fluffy, I thought I was about to put cotton candy in my mouth. The flavor would have been much better if I hadn't forgotten to add the salt but even then it was really good. I will make several loaves tomorrow to share with coworkers, this time I won't forget the salt!

Thank you for making this bread recipe, I've made it twice and the results are all good. For the first one I made using water, the fermentation is better but I don't like the taste. Then today I tried to make it again with milk, I thought it wouldn't work but finally it worked and the taste of the bread was softer with milk than water 🤩

I made them and they came out more like dinner/bread rolls. Still good and soft, but it's more of a spongy texture. Could be because i shaped them differently but this recipe is still good!

Mine was long, quiet and full of cooking a bit more than normal. Not everyone made it through 2020, but that is part of life for everyone. I wanted to know why you add milk to your egg wash? I dont some do and dont so I always ask why? Also is your pullman loaf the smallest one? Tks
