Ever since the roadways began to be implemented across the island, the NWR has been observing the growth, with worrying results. The roadways eventually evolve into another form of transport, that can challenge the railway. However, with the roads being such a new concept, the people that run it, have become very full of themselves. Which is something that the railway uses to its advantage.
