Ha. I was down there yesterday. I kinda considered the CF, as I was looking at the Himi. But I sat on the CF, and I’ll be taking that for a test ride 😋
Thanks for your review or information regarding your new CF Moto 450MT. I heard you say you have been suffering from a sore back and wondered if the weight of the bike was any concern to you. I have been looking at some smaller motorcycles myself as I ride a 2009 Yamaha TDM 900 twin cylinder which cruises nice on the freeway. I need a motorcycle that is capable of going off road which the CF Moto 450MT looks ideal for my needs. I accidently dropped my TDM900 at home some time back as it lost traction on the wet grass after much rain which took some strength to pick it up which is my only worry about the CF Moto 450MT.
G’day mate, I haven’t had to pick it up yet! I was going to lay it on its side at home in the backyard to see what it’s like to pick up. Unfortunately I hurt my shoulder doing some work around the house and haven’t been able to do much, only just got back to riding a couple of days ago. Riding it on the road I don’t notice the weight, so it’s pretty easy to ride, my back has no issues and it probably helps with the ergonomics of the bike too. When my shoulder feels good again I’ll give it a try…..
@@OzzyADV My dealer here in the states says roughly 30 days. Apparently they're sitting in the Chinese port ready to ship, but the last hurdle is something with emissions certification. 🤷
Yeah I was thinking that as well, happy to report it has got a little louder. I still think it could be louder though, so at some point I might change it…
Could you go into the instrument "Settings" then on the "about" section. Please tell us what is the Software version of the MCU and hopefully we can know if they fix the jerky throttle. Mine is still on the original version (I got mine delivered in mid-August). Ride safe!
Im not super familiar with CFMoto's bikes, and the aftermarket parts youre referring to, like bar risers, heated grips, etc, specific for this bike? Is there already aftermarket support for it? Or are you using more universal parts?
@@OzzyADV my dealer told me, that (I think published beginning of September 2024) the period was updated from 6 to now 12 month :-) Unfortunately they kept the 5.000 km...
Well, there’s plenty of long term tests, some over 10K with the engine absolutely fine. Only major issue is water accumulation in the removable lower bars that attach to the engine, nothing that a drilled drain hole can’t fix.
Why would you stay in the middle lane? Dont they teach u there to stay in the slow lane by default? And more over if you are the slowest? That's the level
Sometimes, middle is safer I reckon. Hang in the left and you have to watch for dickheads as they try and merge from the left - middle lane, no worries.
My right ear understood everything
Ha ha ha I had no idea, thanks…. I’ll see if I can fix that for the next vid, sorry.
Audio is just on the right channel mate.
Enjoy the bike!

Go the CF man, I’m loving mine more and more each time I ride it. Can’t wait to take off road….
5:03 ... good mirrors. That's what I need on my bike. I'll have to consider putting some of those style on my own bike (not a CFMoto).
Congratulations

Got mine on order here in the U.S. Hope to be doing this first ride on mine soon!
Do you know when they are due to arrive?

@@JKohlmann hopefully they can get that sorted out asap and you guys can start enjoying these bikes….
@@OzzyADVAgreed!
I had the impression, that the pipe/exaust became a bit louder after a few 100 km.😊

The software version is 1.00.32 and I’m sure there is a later version but nothing is saying there is an update for mine yet

G’day mate, yes there is plenty of aftermarket parts out for this bike. I both universal parts and some specific for this bike.
Test ride one tomorrow, hoping it is as good as I'm hearing and reading about. If it's the goods I'll buy it on the weekend.
Ha ha sweet, enjoy your new bike when it arrives.
All mt s have sold out in uk when they come looking at 6 months for next batch

They will be coming, hopefully going for a ride tomorrow, nothing fun though, just more time to run it in…
I could se myself on this as a second bike my fjr goes nowhere
Glückwunsch :-)
What’s the service intervals
There 5000km intervals
@@OzzyADV
Is is 12 months or 5000kms or whatever comes first ?
Thanks …
The manual states 6M/5000kms, which ever comes first.

Cek those cams mate .. just in case

Also, there’s no such thing as a slow lane. By law you cannot exceed the speed limit in any lane.
LOvely bike mate. They're selling like hot cakes here in Oz and quite rightly so.
They sure are, just great value for the money. The aftermarket industry are jumping on board as well.
