You’ll love the Orleans! Not as fancy as some of the Strip resorts, but it’s a chill nice clean place. 👍🏼
You guys sounded good with the air pods. We usually stay at Sam's Town and have eaten the surf & turf at the TGI Fridays there. It was pretty good. Probably not the best we've ever had but it was decent for the price. The room looked real nice. Have to look at staying there some time. I use a mobility scooter so not sure if it would be feasible to go to the strip. Thanx for sharing. Safe travels.
We'll have to that that surf & turf at TGIF. As long as it hits the price point, it's a great deal. Orleans is great, we think you'll like it!

The Orleans is my home away from home ❤. The rewards are awesome! Bowling, movie theater and most of the restaurants are delicious. Only bummer is not having a room fridge. The pool is always chill ❤

Great video as always!!! Wish the Orleans was on the list of special offers we get from Boyd Rewards. Maybe just have to check the website. I was surprised you went back to the Cal and Redwood Steakhouse. We feel the eateries at the Cal are generally good but sometimes it can be their off time!!! We are planning a trip to Vegas in late September so it will soon be out time there!!! Hope someday we can run into you in Vegas. Until then keep those great videos coming!!! Aloha!!!

Another great vegas video❤ have to try bagelmania next time when we are in vegas. The burger did look good😊 all the food looked good. The lobster looked really tender and not tough 😂 i think we went to the orleans to buy fuddruckers bread to take home since the one at lakewood mall closed in 2020.😂😂😂 thanks for the great tour of this hotel. We love the Orleans. I wish they would bring back the, I believe it was called the French Quarter buffet. They used to have great fried catfish and any kind of southern food. But that was a long time ago, and things have changed.
Ahh… Sadly the buffet is no more with no chance of returning.
The Orleans is a great hotel to stay at. Valet parking's free. Just give them a tip and your car is right there. It also has the best gambling deals close to the strip. And I love Big Al's oyster bar. This video makes me want to go! Thanks Bill and Lisa!

Lisa, did they say what was wrong with the lobster? TBH, when you first took your first bite of the lobster, I was thinking, I wonder why the lobster fell apart so easily like that? I’ve never seen that before!” That was nice of them to substitute the lobster with scallops and comp you the difference! Mahalo for this vlog in Vegas! My husband I were just in Vegas and stayed at The Cal for a week. Only now seeing this. I wished we saw it earlier before our trip. I would loved to eat at Redwood…
Hi Doris! Lobster was soft in texture. Possibly from being frozen, thawed, re-frozen, etc, or maybe water logged. Either way, the seared scallops were so much better.

I liked the voice over stuff! Maybe you should try that more when you’re deep into your meals, especially the expensive dinners. You could film from both angles with two cameras (😱) and then update us later. That way your meals don’t get cold. Many thanks to both of you for taking us with you - it was a great trip. 💕🛣️🚘

Enjoy my stays at The Orleans when we visit from Hawaii. The access to all the places we like to go to is better than even downtown. Will need to try that Smashburger.

I attended the Disney Institute years ago (now Saratoga Springs) for a management conference and the CEO of Ethel M chocolates was attending. He had fresh chocolates flown in every morning and I thought they were delicious. If they are still there, it would be neat to see a video on the factory the next time you're in Vegas. I love the Orleans. The food is amazing, But hubby who rarely travels always wants to stay at the Fremont. So guess where we're staying in October! I just got back yesterday from the Fremont and had a great time.

We haven't been there during Thanksgiving, but pretty sure a lot of restaurants may have specials. When it gets closer, check out your favorite restaurant's website to see in any specials are going on.
End of the bed - it’s a “settee” - you sit on it when you put shoes, etc. on instead of sitting on the bed.
