Miami is flooded with homeless people this has to be a joke. I lived in brickell for 6 years and the only way you are safe is if you stay in city center and Mary Brickell.
Yea, I agree that Miami as a whole has a problem. Walking 10 minutes north of Brickell and I see the flood. I did not see any in Brickell though, including financial center and anywhere else under the Miami River within Brickell... that's why I specifically restrict this video to Brickell, not Miami as a whole.
