If you notice, the 'standard' is revealed. The lead leg onto the box must be locked out and both feet must be on top of box at same time. It does not appear the trail leg is required to be locked out.

That’s amazing. The lifting the leg onto the box isn’t hard since the ruck weight is through the foot on the floor. The ankle weight means just lifting the foot to the box will suck so much by rep 500. Brilliant and evil
