I vote iPad it looks to be like you did slightly nicer drawing on it to maybe because everything just worked well and allowed the art to flow easier and the android you had to fight with a little or it had more learning curve.And damn that lag delay on the pen would drive me nuts that's like my wacom from 2010 lol I havent owned any apple products for a long time but they sold me on an iPad pro I am a tattoo artist and use it for work daily.

@@imjuu3385 what do you mean? I use pencil and paper to draw. The lighting you see from the different angles are different. You're just being biased because you can't accept the iPad pro is better than tab s6. I don't owned any of them and i use s10 plus as my main device so I'm not a fan either but when it comes to drawing i see iPad the most outstanding. Most of all digital art is nothing without the hand of a professional.

I usually go with android/Samsung at any devices, but when it comes to digital art on a display screen I gotta choose I-pad. Get a cheaper one that comes with a pen if ur a begginer(or not) because even if you figure out that digital art isnt for you, you can still enjoy the features of a normal tablet :)

if I didn't live in Brazil obviously I would choose the iPad Pro, but as prices in Brazil are very high, and I'm afraid to buy imported, I'm going to buy the tab s6 lite for drawings.
You are right. I'm living in Turkey and iPads are really expensive in our country too so i searched a lot and thought that tab s6 lite is a very useful tablet and it has it's own pen in the box. I guess I'll buy it at the end of summer.
The tab s7 is waaay better than th s6 overall if you can afford it and still way cheaper in Brazil than any Apple product.

Samsung definitely, I dropped it down a flight of hardwood stairs without any protection whatsoever and it didn’t have a single dent in it. Plus, it’s so old that Google doesn’t give service to it anymore. It’s lasted me so many years and I’m so grateful for it. :D
Samsung may be a bit slower than Apple, but Samsung’s tablet cases come with hand straps, shoulder straps (so you can carry it like a satchel), and great stands. :)

The iPad is good for drawing because the line follows the tip of the pen quickly while the pen of the Galaxy tab is a bit delayed but it's more affordable

I've always loved Samsung so even if I'm to buy a tab I'll go with Samsung I've grown accustomed with it for years and I loved it
The drawing test shows just how significant the difference is between the two devices and/or apps. The pressure sensitivity on the Apple is so much more natural so you need to do less work to get a more organic shading look. With the Samsung, you have to do twice the work to get a nice gradient.

You can draw some amazing stuff with just a pencil and paper. Just google it or search on RUclips.

You got the best. Paper gives you great tactile feedback on every stroke of your pencil. Traditional pencil doesn't suffer from any annoyances like digital pens do; which means no parallax, no charging, it's more comfortable, intuitive, it needs no synchronization, and so on. Traditional pencil and paper are just beautiful to use, no digital tool offers you the same degree of quality. It's all about your skill; practice, and love what you do. The best artists don't need a tablet to express creativity.

From this video I conclude, no matter what your media is, if you are a pro at drawing, then the results will still be good.
I’d go with the iPad Pro (ps I have the iPad Pro and I’m writing this comment on my iPad Pro) bc one of my cousins bought the new Samsung tablet and I went over to her house and I tried drawing on it and she tried drawing on my iPad Pro and after drawing the picture I drew when I was drawing it, I felt uncomfortable doing it bc the spen was so light it felt like if I gave too much pressure it would break and whereas with the Apple Pencil I can trust myself to give some pressure on it without worrying every single second that it’s gonna break bc in my opinion the Apple Pencil has a good weight, two is that android tablets are fast and nice at first but after a few months of using it it gets slow and sluggish and the tablet won’t upgrade anymore after two years of usage whereas the iPad Pro stays as fast as it was when it was new and the iPad will still update even after 6 years of usage, which in my opinion I’m pretty sure people upgrade after 4 to 5 years of usage, so in my opinion, iPad is better, especially if your getting it to draw, you can get procreate on it.

Hello, thank you for your review. I had a plan to buy electronic gadget for drawing purpose someday, but I cannot decide which one. Android is indeed cheap, and I using android right now, but you're right, they become slower and sluggish.
I have no problem with that actually, but for drawing, I dont really like my gadget getting slower, so I will get IPAD next time. And when I saw the size, IPAD bigger than Samsung, so I could draw more comfortably. Thank you very much, your comment really helpful

The problem is that a good pencil is expensive to produce I guess and not everybody will be interested in having one, if you look at the Wacom pencils (for a drawing tablet) it's super expensive too if you buy it alone :3

PENUP is not the best app for drawings, try Autodesk SketchBook, or else
Or use Ibs paint that’s what I use on my Galaxy tab

But on a real note I am seriously considering getting the tab s6. It is in my cart and ready to checkout at any time but I'm nervous about it. I have a note 10 plus that I draw on for now and I am a noob at digital art but I really like artflow. I used penup for a little while but the brush selection is not great and I can't get a brush small enough for little details. I need tips.

Talent always not help for better performance. She is talented it doesn't mean she can Show better performance in cheep pad and average performance in premium pad. She will perform same her best in both of them. But if your pad is more better then it will Show improvement in your skills ok. I was also an artist in my childhood so I can understand.
I have the tab a s6 but the 8.0" inch one with the Spen, and theres actually free Spen tips and tweezers for when the tip starts to break

The thing about Samsung is that when you first bought it, it's really good and super smooth but after 6 months of using, usually it tends to be more sluggish than normal, so I'd go with iPad

I've had my tab s6 for a year and can say the performance is still great
I have my s6 idk for how much time .. maybe a year, if u washed it every 2-4 months .. the screen will be fine. I do not mean wash it like washing something I meant like get a tissue and let it wet then wash the screen....

Just got my first ipad a fews ago and downloaded procreate, I felt so comfortable when using the apple pencil to draw, felt like using a real pencil indeed
