I just had this idea of a sims 4 build challenge where every room includes a different amount of packs (+basegame). For example for the living room you randomly spin the number 3 so you can only use 3 different packs. This challenge could fit your Vibe.
I absolutely love the lay out of this house and it makes me wonder why I don’t do entry ways like that, i always do either a foyer or straight into the center of the living room from the door 😅
I wouldn't count walls and flooring as items. I see items as things you add to the house. The house will already have the flooring and walls if you moved in.

Next time don’t count wall papers and floors etc. and put max. like 200😌 that would be fun to watch! But good video! 🩷
