When I was younger, we only had a bathtub and no shower head, so we used this plastic mug to pour water on our hair to rinse them better. I was thinking that's what it could be.
Watch time: 10PM CST Building on the backstory you came up with: The family is two parents, one toddler. At least one parent is a full time artist. This house was purchased by this family relatively recently and they are in the process of renovating it to make it feel more like *their* home. It was easiest to prioritize the toddler's room because then they are done and don't have to worry about housing a kid in a construction zone. So that got done first. Kitchen is the next major project they are working which is why it looks the way it does. And they haven't figured out what they want to do with their own bedroom yet so it's just the necessities.

Watched this on my lunch break at work (2:20 PM because I forgot to take my lunch until late in the day). Loved this build! Also, the idea of the parent doing the menu for their kiddo is super cute and realistic. There's this dad I watch on TikTok who does custom menus for his twin toddlers every single day. This was one of my favorite builds you've done. I love that you're always doing challenges rather than straight builds. Here are some ideas for future content.... 1.) Each room is a different sitcom/show (Friends, Big Bang Theory, Gilmore Girls, Modern Family, etc)... 2.) Each room is a different Pack based solely on the NAME of the pack (ie, Paranormal Stuff would be based on your mental idea of what Paranormal decor is, rather than whatever time period/building type the Sims Team decided to do). Goal there would be to see if you naturally gravitated toward stuff from that named pack or if you went in a different direction entirely. 3.) Each room is a different pack from a different version of Sims that we don't own an equivalent of (ie, Katy Perry, Diesel Stuff, the weird one that gave you dragons).
you should do an every room is a different singer video! some examples of what u could do are lana del rey, melanie martinez, and chappell roan! those are just some examples that i feel like have a specific aesthetic that would be fun to do but obviously you could pick whoever you wanted!!
When you said comment what time you're watching this, I looked and it was 11:11 pm so I had to. Love challenge videos like this. The pricing on some items is so crazy in the sims that a 15,000 room can be comparable to a 1500 room if you know all the tricks. I thought for sure you would end up with nothing for the kitchen!

oh, the mug by the bath could be for washing the toddler's hair! i know my parents used a bath cup for that purpose when i was little :)
