Some other things to consider:
Portfino Bay has robes available in the room because they have the spa on-site
The rooms are noticeably larger at Portfino Bay. The bathroom is huge.
While the bathroom is huge at Portfino Bay it is all one room. Both Hard Rock and Royal Pacific have the sinks separate from the shower/toilet which can make getting ready easier in the morning.
Portfino Bay is the only one with a full service Starbucks. The other two have some options but not a full menu.

We’re passholders and we prefer the Hard Rock. Love the location, the vibe, and the pool. We also love having breakfast at The Kitchen, and dinner every once in awhile at The Palm.

Lowe’s royal Pacfic is the best in my opinion Jake’s is amazing and breakfast buffet is fire
