I’ve mentioned on Star Wars Meg that the Sith amongst the Jedi, orchestrating everything is VanEstera. She seeks to rid the alleged Jedi crimes committed 16 years prior rather quietly without seeking to bring down the Jedi Council… for now!
Qimir is the sith? I don’t know if this is a trick but Quimir suddenly decided to let Mae rest And quickly runs off to get water and says that she’s “losing her nerve” then suddenly the Sith appears a few minutes later behind Ochea when the Jedi arrive with Master Sol …. ?
@@KWW0321if you read the first 4 chapters of a book and it was garbage prose, garbage plot, and nothing interesting…would you hold out hope for the rest of the book?
@@1237barca Definitely not; if I responded in the way you described I would be more concerned about why I was having such a strong emotional response to a story or at a minimum I would want to ensure I could objectively articulate those critques. I personally would feel a little bit concerned about where my life was at though if I did objectively feel that way and then proceeded to seek out people who somewhat enjoyed the book to comment on their opinions. I do agree the prose has been a bit rough at times but overall I am enjoying the show.
It's SOL! He's the true villain. Qimir is his apprentice (Darth Teeth) and Sol is Plagueis. He caused the massacre so he could steal the secrets of creating life through the force. He was there when Mae fell off the bridge. He took Osha as his apprentice. He trained Mae through Qimir (why they could tell a Jedi trained Mae on the Holo). And now Mae & Qimir have killed off the witnesses to the massacre.
I want to like the show but must admit that watching the fan theories about the show is way MORE entertaining than watching the show itself. And that’s not a good thing. I was ready to write the show off honestly but it’s these interesting theories (like the one about Mae and OSHA being the same person) that keep me going. If none of these theories pan out, my personal rating of a 5/10 for this show will plummet significantly. If it turns out that adult Mae and Osha are simply two different people as we are led to believe, and that Qimir is the Sith in the mask which seems too obvious, then I will be highly disappointed and also stunned. If the reveals end up being that obvious and dumb, then it will just prove that fans have better ideas than professional writers on an 180 million dollar production. I really hope I’m wrong but will keep watching thanks to theory videos like this.
The only Jedi turning rogue that makes sense is Indara. Assuming that she wasnt really killed in Ep.1, she is the perfect candidate to be the master of Qimir, who is the Sith apprentice wearing the smiley mask. Indara orchestrating this whole turmoil explains why the Jedi dismissed this as a rogue Jedi incident and by the time of the Phantom Menace continue to believe the Sith are extinct.
Ep4 bad writing elements (positive stuff below): They lost Basil? Yord asking Osha for the gun but 2min later is "concerned" for her safety? Killing a bug is bad? Yord is no longer goofy? Mae has a late change of heart once deep in the forest? Oshawa has a change of heart after repeatedly saying she wasn't going to join the mission? Jedi wookee found dead in his chair, he was totally surprised and didn't fight? Why did it smell bad in the forest at some point, the bugs? Basil is a they? Positive stuff: Forest was nice. The costumes are nice. Yellow lightsabers. Basil is a nice character.
You know I never really thought about that guy being the sith but now it all makes sense lol, especially how right after may cuts him off in this show the sith pops up but maybe the show the acolyte is really about him and not may maybe he’s the sith acolyte
At the very least, it seems like he contacted the master after Mae switched, if it wasn’t him himself. the master arrived so fast, like they were there all along. I thought it could be him since ep.2 when he was making the poison, because he seemed to be playing dumb like Palpatine used to. Under the surface he’s knowledgeable, tricky, and capable of fighting. His trips/fumbles/goofiness are his cover & also kind of feels like a fun throwback to Darth jar jar theories lol. but i wouldn’t be surprised if its someone else. the show seems like it’s leaving breadcrumbs from a few characters, like they’re trying to throw us off of who it actually is
My ‘eye’ is on Torbin. When Mother Aniseya processed him maybe he never returned to his “right mind”. When did he get the scar and lose his eye? We don’t know that he was meditating the whole time he could have been in and out of the temple the same way Mae escaped through the ceiling. Maybe the poison Qimir mixed wasn’t lethal allowed him to fake his death. Some legit questions there.
Yord. In ep1, it's mentioned that a Jedi doesn't pull their lightsaber unless they mean to kill. Smash cut to Yord pulling his every 5 seconds. F'n Yord.
I dont think the mysterious guy is a Sith Lord. That was something created by Lucasflim. Disney created the Knights Of Ren and I believe the new villain is either Ren himself or a follower of that cult. His mask is a dead giveaway to Kylo Rens mask with the glued together cracks. Bookmark this comment. Disney would want to give a backstory to "somehow Palpatine returned" and why Kylo Ren followed a new dark side cult. Watch. I'm right. Its obvious.
Or...Headland and company wrote this show too quickly? It feels (in my opinion) rushed in one episode, and bogged down in another. I realize we are only halfway, but there is no sense of cohesion overall, yet. Not Lucasfilms best effort so far. But I'll muscle through before judging too harshly.
Its nothing but a completely joke Star Wars legends is still better then Disney version of Star Wars sorry all the woke and liberal bullsuit is nonsense and it sucks
People are so stupid to keep on crying about everything in the show.😢 They’re trying to ruin it for the rest of us that like new projects. I’m glad Disney is ignoring them. People need to grow up already. It gets OLD….😂

You got it spot on.
People are too quick to write this show off ,
Yes, some critiques have been fair, but to completely write off a show after only a few episodes seems silly.
People were too quick to write this show. Seems like they had about an hour to finish the screenplay. Maybe 75 minutes.

Those same people watch this show each week to complain so their opinion shouldn’t count for much.
Fascinating. I hadn’t considered this previously. The plot thickens….
Nice info and reasonable speculations/hypostasis :)

The arm bracers the masked individual was wearing look familiar!
I agree - they have inside knowledge
I love The Acolyte
Me too!
Yea it's actually pretty badass🥇

master Nubs , Kai and Lys come to save the day !
Yord is an undercover Sith confirmed!
Seriously though, I wonder what the Yord horde's reaction would be? 😂
LOL No chance Yord is a Sith.

Kids these days…
Its literally Sol lol... Qimir is his apprentice and Mae as an acolyte/agent recruited to do the dirty work

Sol is the Sith Lord
Its either one of the mothers, Trinity, or Asian homeboy
🤔

Give Star Wars to HBO
The show is written by a 5th grader. The sith is the jedi who is being played by chinlunds girlfriend
