    Health Benefits of Ashwagandha Powder
    Do you wish there was one herb you could take as a supplement daily and have a calm day? To feel good about your day? Feel confident in your day.

    8 Benefits of Ashwagandha
    1. Ashwagandha relieves stress.
    We’ve already mentioned this as one of the benefits of ashwagandha, but it bears repeating. Especially since it helps with emotional stress, mental stress, AND physical stress.
    2. Ashwagandha helps with insomnia.
    It’s not a sedative, but helps reduce stress, improves vitality, and balances the nervous system. All of these health benefits help regulate sleep.
    I love taking this herb combination in the evening for a great wake up attitude in the morning.
    3. Ashwagandha relieves anxiety and depression.

    Since it helps balance hormones and fosters equilibrium, it also helps reduce anxiety and depression.

    Thank you for this! I've had insomnia for many years, a friend told me about Ashwagandha, and I bought it, but then didn't take it. I kept thinking I need to learn more about it. I trust you, so I paused the video and went and took my first one. I had no idea that it helps with so many things!

    Ashwagandha along with Gaba, for me is a good remedy for stressed moments and Gaba helps to keep a calm mind. both supplements are the champion for self healing for the body and mind in my opinion 👍

    I learned that black pepper can also enhance the health benefits of Ashwangnadha, so I started taking my Pukka "peace" organic / bio tea 🫖 🍵 with it. I would first pour my boiled water into my mug with the Pukka tea bag in, then would sprinkle in some of my crushed black peppercorns and let it settle. Its spicy but amazing, good for cold weather. I feel like I can face my day once I have it ❤.

    How many milligrams should I take at night? I used to take a prescription drug to help me sleep but I stopped that a few years ago

      The recommended dosage for ashwagandha can vary depending on your needs, but most research suggests that taking 250-500 mg. But I suggest you consult your doctor for the best mg suitable for your specific needs.

      I have been taking Warfin for 25 years. Please talk with your doctor to determine what is best for your body.
      When I started taking Warfin with a specialist, she told me to be consistent in my diet and supplements and that they could adjust my medication accordingly.
