I wish I'd discovered the philosophy of stoicism when I was MUCH younger. This channel is GREAT!!! SUGGESTION -- Count about 5 seconds BETWEEN each teaching.....it's hard to 'absorb' at the speed you read the quotes..........KINDLY slow down!
