I feel like practicing stoicism without any kind of support, love or companionship is the most challenging and interesting way

Exactly, Practicing Stoicism without any support, love, or companionship is really tough, as it tests the core principles of the philosophy in a challenging way. Stoicism teaches resilience, self-sufficiency, and the ability to find contentment within yourself, no matter the external circumstances. It's an interesting challenge.
Without external support, you have to develop deep inner strength.

Yes I've found myself in deep thought about events that took place in my last relationship I see how I could of handled things differently. I also have worried and cried about what I am going to do, I worried about something that didn't even happen yet. So why should I worry about something that hasn't taken place? I shouldn't. I am only in control of what I do, how I feel and I know that you can't make someone else feel and think the same. I am me and I am proud today.

@@Stoic-Saga101 Respectfully, I was asking a question, not meant to be rhetorical. This video was my first introduction to your channel and I’m curious whether this video reflects your general interpretation and sense of how we can best integrate and be supported by the practice of stoicism in our modern lives. Transparently, it took me a bit by surprise that the focus would be on “how to make someone miss you.“ If you care to share more, it’s appreciated - and if not - know I wish you well.

    • @Stoic-Saga101

I want to share something that's really important to me. I've found a philosophy in Stoicism that deeply connects with my soul. It's more than just a theory for me; it's a lifestyle I'm trying to follow in every part of my day. Its teachings give me the peace and balance I'm looking for, and I aim to live by its principles. My excitement about this philosophy grows because I want to share it with others. I believe Stoicism's ideas can really help the people around me, and I'm eager to talk about thoughts and experiences that can deepen our understanding of this meaningful way of life

@@Stoic-Saga101 I appreciate your thoughtful reply. I very much agree that there is tremendous merit in practicing and embodying the stoic principles and philosophies in our daily lives.
I celebrate that you’ve found this way of being supportive to your journey - and equally, your willingness to share your understandings with others. As I said, this was my first experience of your channel and just found it admittedly “odd” to be focusing on a question such as “how to get someone to miss you.” Again, I appreciate you taking your time to offer your thoughtful reply .
