I love bleached flannel shirts. Interesting way to sew on the patches! Great use of embroidery thread. I see that its a flipped image video and that you are left handed. Flipping the video for right handed people sort of doesnt work as righties work the hand sewing going in with the needle into the patch then back thru the sleeve fabric, working clockwise. We wont let this stop us from using your wonderful ideas and wearing these beautiful creations. The butterflies are wonderful! I made some using lace for my lace jackets (Lavoie Boho) and they flew off the rack! Pun intended. Love the yarn braid. Your videos inspire us so much and we so appreciate you.

Hi, what a great idea, absolutely love your shirts with all the patches. Something that you will find that cuts your time pinning is to use UHU stick glue to put your patches in place you can sew over it while it is wet and it won't gum up your needle. Until it dries iris repositionable, when you are happy with placement iron to dry gel. Because it is water soluble even when dry it will wash out completely on First wash. I have used this glue stick method for over 30 years.

I think that some flannel or maybe just material is much more tightly woven and that is maybe why some material of the same kind bleaches out faster or even at all. I'm not sure, I'm just thinking that's why. Lol. Anyway so adorable and so many incredible ideas. Thank you once again. ❤

Love the appliqué tutorial! It could be done with any shape! Brilliant. Some quilters use fabric glue sticks to hold pcs in place before they sew. Have you ever tried that? I haven’t but might! Lastly the cutting off of the collar and edge ruffles really MADE the shacket look. Thanks for another great video tutorial.
