Hello and can change the flywheel pin!?? I have to change the 100mm one and put the 68mm. Can it be done,!?? On my mountain bike frame it's not good. Not because I have at the right measures because of the wagon that I have 148×12 mountain bikes. The chain works badly too crooked. Even centering a doc with a special belled crown does not go the chain work is too hard at v9licita 10-11 so it works well only up to 9. My bottom bracket frame is 90mm so I bought the 100mm BBSHD wat 1000 I'm looking for compliant frame but neither aliexpress nor year frame sellers way to help me. Would you know something for me,??? Please can you help me I'm trying to realize a dream of my life with so many sacrifices
Hi friend! My BBS 02 is hiccuping when I use pedal assist. It cuts the motor and engage again (less than a second). I suspect that the pedal assist sensor is failed. I bought a replacement but don't know how to change it. Do you have some video where you remove the pedal assist sensor? Thanks a lot!
Good morning , I did not understand how the motor drives , because it is linked to a plastic gear that is silly , it does not hold , as it has an internal bearing .

@@smallhatshatethetruth7933 it's hard, say in 44/13 and slight incline it's literally impossible, yet on other bikes loaded with 10kg of weight in similar gear it's much easier.

is there a chance that i might have grease too much my bbs02 and the grease got on the PAS? I am having strange problems with my motor, and no one can tell me what it might be! ruclips.net/video/lwyzp5ehjec/видео.html Now the battery indcates RED! and back to Green again randomly! But i cant use either throtle or pedal assist to make the motor move any more.

To remove top of syntetic gear, use M4 screws on two holes on top.

Why did you not remove the entire motor from the bike before disassembly?..
Is large amount of resistance normal when pedalling with motor off? It feels like riding through treacle
still easier then a tongsheng but yes it is normal, I don't mind riding this motor with assist off

My bbs02 just seized and it won’t move even with me putting foot pressure on the crank arms. Any idea what might be broken?

That spindle on motor are made from a weak alloy and break as i found out 3 times

Using a derailleur on the back wheel. Low rpm high torque. Maybe he has got 7-10speed on the back wheel.
