- Zoomerang is the Vekoma boomerang at Lake Compounce. This is one of the newer boomerangs and it's also among the smoothest. This coaster may be short, but it's an intense flurry of inversions and rider's will be sent upside-down 6 times in no time.
Well lads, today I finally got to do the Ride to Happiness and boy let me tell you, This ride is the complete package of what rollercoasters can offer. It has brilliant hang-time, airtime, launches, inversions, forceful sections, spinning, and a very nice musical score to accompany it all. This ride is of unparalleled, world-class quality and a must-ride to all enthusiasts.
That ride looks incredible.

I was scared to get on but I felt so good after riding I was scared at the start then I wasnt

Wouldn’t mind getting here for a first time visit and hopefully whenever that is Wildcat will be back open and actually be good

Vekoma sold a "butt load" of these. That's a cool name. Six Flags Over Texas called there (now defunct) model Flash back before the name was re-used. It also had red "chase lights" Love the color of this one. Flash Back was Black & red.
I like the new colors a lot.
I got a horrifically rough ride on this thing last year, so it shocks me it’s smooth for most. I did ride in the back though, is it significantly rougher back there?
I've never had that issue, but I haven't ridden it since covid.
I hear this is one of the more smoother Boomerangs with the former restraints. Would you agree?
