I just had this done yesterday on my left inner knee and had my right outer knee done 2 weeks ago, and my pain level is about 1/10 in such 6 short time. I was so glad I found a surgeon who told me about this and solved my knee issues. 🙃

Hi you! Can you tell me if you still have the benefits?

Sid Padia says that we can contact him with any questions, however he was unable to answer my question about how he prevents the small balls that are injected into an artery from traveling through the bloodstream and lodging in the lungs or brain. He replied only to say "that doesn't happen," but was unable or unwilling to say how it is prevented.

I had the PRP injection a few weeks ago, if this does not improve, I am a candidate.

Is it possible to get an appointment and get this done? I just had MRI's of both knees. I was hoping to get stem cell treatment but the percentage of success isn't as good.

Dear Doctor do you have an associate in New York that is familiar with this procedure that you would recommend.

Does anyone know if this treatment is being done in NYC? I have not been able to find a Dr to see if I'm a candidate for this procedure and learn more. I have moderate osteoarthritis. My current Orthopedic doctor said to me that it would compromise any surgeries that I may need in the future????

Lookup Dr. Anuj Malhotra at NYU Langone. My mother is getting this procedure down by him tomorrow.

Not an expert so here's what I'm thinking anyway. ;-) Most athletes are familiar with the advice they get after overdoing their sport, namely RICE for Rest Ice Compress and Elevate. By following that advice blood flow is reduced to your overworked, sore limb. They're hoping that by reducing the blood flow to our arthritic knees it'll let the inflammation (Pain) go down. As far as taping the warning light, yeah I guess I've been doing that for the last few years with NSAIDS and gel injections but If it can delay knee replacement & insurance will help, I'm in. I know a TNR is probably in the cards but if I can delay it I will.
