while her dmg aint great the utility she can provide is Pretty decent,only thing that needs some time is getting used to her 100% interupt res being on a timer. most players i see cast her e way to soon when they still setting up bursts and skills with i frames and waste the recast instantly against enemys that can move alot like the seahorse in 12-1 in current abyss. honestly a big fan of frontloading burgeons in a hyperburgeon team with her. like causing burning via nahida e and dehyas first e cast then using tartaglia ranged burst for aoe vape, use dehyas recast,cast kuki e,tartaglia e go brrrr. if you can also still battery dehya using her burst to cover tartaglias cd if you overextended can be useful if you combine it with kukis e or something like doris burst for overload+burning+nahidas e marks with the odd spread proc.
@@kane2145 I think her niche is already great. She's an excuse to never pull Zhongli on your account, which if you're a newer player is great. You can now play your Lyney's, Nuevillette's and Ganyu's comfortably and feel no pressure to pull him
For Dendro, I agree it's Baizhu. But I'm happy I have him. He's been a staple healer and sub dendro applicator in spiral abyss. He can fit in to Nilou's team if Kokomi is needed to other side and vice versa. He can support Alhaitham (carry the deepwood memory artifacts) so Alhaitham can use Guilded dreams and also help with dendro resonance.
I actually kinda regret not saving enogh for Baizhu although I wanted him for so long, if he does rerun with Furina ill definitely try to go for him, although I'm at 0 pity and 50/50 after Wrio, Venti and Cashflow supervision🫠

The thing about baizhu vs. kokomi is that kokomi is simply more desirable to pull because barbara is way worse than her compared to yaoyao vs. Baizhu. That's why not much people pulled baizhu because yaoyao is already good enough
I know you said you didn’t build her but i fully believe Lisa is the most underrated electro unit since she applies a good amount of electro, she shreds defense, can proc hyperbloom consistently on and off field, and she generates alot of energy with her skill only downside to her is how long it takes to use your skill.
Klee has huge AOE pyro damage concentrated in a short time window when she uses both her E-bombs followed by power attack. This alone is often enough to finish the enemy, especially if you manage to apply cryo before you call your Klee-bomber. And it also works really nice against the enemies like Wenut.
I think Jean is quite underrated, mostly because she doesn’t have any grouping capabilities, her damage and her heals are amazing tho! You get a cleanse effect as well as VV shred, and last but not least I think sunfire comps are pretty fun! Maybe I’m biased because sunfire Raiden was the first team that helped me clear 12-3 back in the days but I feel like she doesn’t get enough love. Also she’s hot.
Think also there isn't many teams Sunfire is good at, and there are also better alteratives instead of Jean. Sunfire shine the most when breaking elemental shieldes which is quite niche too (also heavily restricted to circle impact).

Noelle triple hydro (furina xq yelan) will probably be a cool team. Give her fav and archaic petra, build your hydro units for full hp/dmg cause they'll have all the energy they need anyway, and you'll have all your teammates damage amplified with almost 100% (+60% furina + 35 for petra for hydro units and +60% furina + up to 50% yelan A4 for noelle)
@@vladimirk7686 I Would honestly swap XQ for Albedo. So Noelle, Albedo, Furina & Yelan. With Noelle as DPS you don't need the defensive advantages that XQ brings and he is free for the second team. Albedo also brings Geo resonance, does good AOE DMG, is a good battery for Noelle and is also buffed by Furina. In addition, you can also give Noelle the Marechasee Hunter, which is farmed with Golden Troupe anyway for For Furina/Albedo. But Archaic Petra is Definitely also a good option to buff the Hydro additionally, the problem is that it is very niche and has to be farmed separately while the MH set is simply in the same domain
i know a lot of people rate Sayu and Heizou kinda low just cause Sucrose and Kazuha (and other anemo chars) exist. I personally think Heizou is not that bad, i often use him in 4 star only abyss run to 36*. people kinda underestimate him just cause there are "better" options.
I havent levelled or use heizou but im genuinly suprised that not many people use him to be honest… He does a lot of damage and is a perfect driver for hyperbloom (i guess its because he doesnt give em but he makes up for the damage himself so its a bit confusing).
for hydro i think its childe because i allways see people say that his cd is way too long and that his only good team is international and that makes him sh*t 1. brother if you play him correctly his cd isnt gonna be longer than 15 sec (c0) 2. International was one of if not best teams and still is to this day
Yanfei is for sure the most underrated/overlooked of the pyro characters. Worst you can say is her numbers are a taaaaad low by virtue of being a 4*, but she's very playable and can do a lot of fun teams.
how is his average damage, with a good f2p weapon and his artefact set?, I really like his playstyle but im scared of wasting resources, I think im at c4
@@maevwat It depends. You can make teams that work great with heizou, but I don't think anyone would call him meta. I run him with XQ, kuki, and Kazu most of the time. That team works great, but it has XQ,, and Kazu so...
i pulled baizhu and never regretted: super happy to have him since as you said he's solid and allows smooth play with tighnari and kequing where nahida isn't that great due to the fact he's a failsafe and applicator for quicken. He's great and very underappreciated :/
@@sethputrelo3748 with the release of Furina you can change Xinqiu with her and still doing charge attacks. And in my case my team is Cyno, Nahida, Xinqiu/Yelan and Baizhu.
For me it's Electro: Cyno I agree with you his weakness in multiwave get blown out of proportion Pyro: Klee I get she's clunky but she has good damage and is one of the best buffers at C2. Hydro: Candace She has her niche in nilou teams which I don't see being talked about much by the general community. I could also put childe there cause I've seen him be underrated a lot but also very overrated as well so Candace it is. Cryo: Aloy She isn't that good. I don't think she's ever the best option but I think she isn't as terrible as some make her out to be. Anemo: Venti/Sayu Geo:/ I don't know that much about get tbh. Dendro: Baizhu I've seen him be talked about as yao yao side or even down grade (kirara as well but mostly yao yao) when it should be clear he's an upgrade.
I have loved watching this game’s general character meta go from Zhongli (1.5-3.8) to healers actually being needed on teams. Also that little stint of healers and shielders being an either/or choice we call version 3. So few of us used healers in version 1 and it only made sense not to if you played Abyss - which I fully understand IS where the character meta stems from. Either way, fun to watch metas adapt and change, can’t wait to find out who gets power crept next!
Jean is so underrated, she can do everything. I think people really undervalue jack of all trades type characters. Her burst does good damage for how quick it comes out and will almost always fully heal the team. Opens up interesting team comp in combination with bennett (sunfire). Super easy to use and slots into basically any team. Sure she's never the absolute best, but shes probably my most used character over the history of the game.
jean's only good team is with bennett where she isn't needed cuz bennett already heals a lot and active character healing is wayyyy better than party healing. jean is simply bad.

Qiqi is DEFINITELY underrated, and by A LOT. The fact that people hate her just because of the overused 50/50 memes while almost none of them even know the basic info about her, which are: 1- Qiqi has the highest sustained healing in the game (yes, it's not Kokomi). 2- Her healing has 100% uptime even without Sac (burst exists). Just shows how underrated she is. Qiqi is not S tier for sure, but not D tier either, Qiqi is around high C low B (meta wise) as for 4.1, she's a great driver for a lot of teams such as Hyperfridge, she's the best Clam set user, and she's the best healer. She's a "decent" character like a lot of charcters in the game, not particularly good nor particularly bad, just decent.

As far as im aware she has a long E duration and cool down, so i guess she'll be my comfort healer if I'll ever get her (im not a fan of permanent quick switch)

Klee is definitely underrated, she is so fun and the best in burgeon teams!!! Especially since she is a catalyst, she can constantly apply pyro and her burst also hits the dendro cores you can’t reach so it creates more burgeon reactions 🔥
heizou is definitely underrated!! people think that 4* main dps are bad but i think among 4 stars he is the strongest. super fun gameplay and pretty good damage with the right investment.
I'd love to see you build and review Noelle once Furina is out. She's likely going to get a massive boost from her, and I've been wanting to build my c6 Noelle for a long time now, and Furina is the excuse I've been waiting for ^^ As for who I disagree with, hmm. I think you have too favorable views on both Cyno and Baizhu, with the caveat that Baizhu might gain more from Furina than YaoYao will. I also find that Tighnari is quite underrated, as he's often compared unfavorably to Alhaitham. I have both and I would rate them fairly close, but Alhaitham is a bit more flexible with his AoE capabilities, but essentially same tier. C6 Tighnari is absolute madness and I really hope I can get him up there one day. I know you didn't rate her but I find Sayu is really underrated too. She has steep competition obviously but she's honestly not that far behind Jean.
I'd say Electro MC. They're basically an Electro reskin of Xingqiu with a focus on ER and Energy regen, as well as probably being among the top 3 batteries in the game.
as someone who builds every character too (at least the ones i own), i think my answers would be lisa-yanfei-barbara-rosaria-jean-ningguang-collei. none of them are like, meta-defining or anything but i find they're all pretty consistently at least decent
Given the roster of characters you have built for each element, I quite agree with your judgement, but if I were to make it, using the same characters, I would have probably chosen yunjin as the most underrated option for geo... Besides, if I were to consider the characters you haven't built yet... I would have probably considered with cyno, in a tie, also lisa and dori as the most underrated electro characters. Regarding hydro, I would have chosen mona, as I've seen many times people calling her bad or only viable for dmg showcases... For geo, I would have said, either geo traveler or noelle... Probably both...
Yaomiya is my main pyro for yelan comps in abyss because of autoclicking with mouse software. Just makes her gameplay so cozy. Can literally hold down mouse button and the entire field gets destroyed ever since her arrow tracking was improved.
For building characters that you haven't farmed for yet, you could always run your account on *Genshin Optimizer* with the Inventory Kamera, duplicate the database (to keep one as a "backup" of sorts to your current setup), then Optimize the characters that you haven't yet built for each of their known archetypes, borrowing pieces from your stablished characters in the process; After messing around with your artifacts and recording enough content for most (or all) characters, you just load the original database and "restore" the characters one by one... For talents, farming up to 6/6/6 (or even 8/8/8) is hella fast on weekends even for multiple characters, even more if you can throw some resin recharges at it.
I’d say the ideas for underrated match what I see in threads for team building choices on Reddit. For who to build 6:40 I think you could try Anemo MC without much effort for his additional resistance shred from his constellation. Specifically I saw in some Abyss team guides that people used them for their additional resistance shred against the bosses with “leaky” shields like the seahorse and Emperor of Fire and Iron. I can’t imagine it feeling very good to play because you would have to do some interesting positioning to get the correct element swirled (like catching Guoba in the burst to get Pyro). It shouldn’t need any artifacts or talent levels since you can just borrow any other VV set on your account: that tornado is only going to hit 3 times for insignificant damage anyway.
Baizhu is so underrated the thing is if you have 2 Dendro teams you're gonna need to interchange the units and with Baizhu you can do that you go Kuki and Nahida on one team and then Baizhu and Fischl on the other and there isn't that much of a damage loss then
Yeah I agree, at least among the three left on his picks. Zhongli is often deemed overrated imo, especially since some people make fun of players viewing ZL's shield as comfy and being reliant on it. Yunjin is appropriately ranked by the community - good support in very niche teams, but (from what I've seen) nothing usually more than that.
IMO the problem with Dori is that she’s perceive as a rather antipathetic character, not everybody if almost nobody will connect with her greed and tackiness, which is most of her personality. Although I agree she’s underrated, her kit is not out of this world (Bennett, for example, can do basically the same and more), so you can live pretty much without it
@@bleachinmyeyespls She's still a good Hyperbloom triggerer. Not better than Kuki that's for sure but still a good one. And if you can get enough ER substas on Thoma to make him work on Burgeon you can also do the same with Dori. Kuki will still be better because she's cheaper but if you're willing to invest into Dori there won't be a big difference between them
People who call him trash are pretty dumb honestly, the whole point of his shield is for it to break, it's not supposed to be a Zhongli substitute, rather his main thing thing is the healing, the shield is only there for interruption resistence and dendro application.
Pls build childe, he s so much fun and powerful, my favourite team for him is:childe(obviously),fischl,kazuha and bennet, i always run this on every abyss rotation
Yoimiya is a complete boss destroyer. Paired with Bennett, Yelan and Zhongli, she's extremely strong in current abyss 2nd chamber, even with rift hounds swarms and pyro shields. Itto's way stronger than most people think but he needs his signature niche team to unlock his full potential.
Nah... Yoimiya is mid. She may be a good unit boss enemies... But so are Yanfei, Klee, Lyney, Yae, Al Haitham, Hyperbloom, Hu Tao, Neuvilete etc. And these other characters aren't as restricted to single target as she like she is. If she were a best character for single target that would be ok, but since she isn't I feel like she is very poorly balanced and not that great of a character
You should try playing Kazuha in place of zhongli when you get the chance! It’s a bit less comfortable but so much fun! And Kazuha increases her dmg by quite a lot! :)

She is my go-to "easy mode" option for single target content and I really enjoy her playstyle, but her burst is just horrible imo and her constellations are questionable as well. At least she should have gotten a normal attack constellation instead of burst constellation like Neuvillette...
yes I agree yoimiya really is strong she carried my account right now, my ganyu and ayaka is not so good right now in the abyss and yoimiya always save me and nahida hyperbloom. I use kazuha xiangling variant of my yoimiya team for aoe and if there is small large hp units I use double geo for big dps
@@CritsVG True. I was also a Yoimiya main in 2.0 and after... But after Dendro gor released I used her like... Only a couple of times for Abbys since Dendro teams were just so much better. And characters with really fun playstyles like Thoma, Keqing and Yae got a huge buff... And after trying Yoimiya out recently I could litteraly feel the downgrade in so many situations. Her lack of AoE really goes hard against her.
I know you haven’t built him yet, but I personally find Heizou the most underrated anemo. He’s extremely good as a quick swap and works well on a variety of teams. His double pyro team at times outperforms my Ayaka freeze (shenhe, Kazuha, Kokomi) team!
I think an insanely underrated super free to play team would be: Dendro MC, Collei, Barbara and Sucrose. You basically get these characters for free (I don't think Genshin ever gave free sucroses but could be wrong), Collei applies so much fucking dendro so fast that if your Barbara can keep up, blooms explode super fast, and it's easy to build! Just farm that one dendro artifact set and have it on MC and Collei, and then mid viridescent set on Sucrose, and mid heal artifacts for Barbara As for character, I think people don't respect Collei enough, she applies a lot of dendro really fast and is amazing for exploring Sumeru, and she's cheap to build, the only problem I had with her was getting those mushrooms for her ascensions haha
A wise man once said 'Klee was the original Raiden Shogun' and he was right. The energy battery potential of Double E in rotations is kinda nuts, solves any energy requirements mono pyro has by herself.
I would love to see you do a video on Ningguang when you get to doing the geo characters, especially since you already have her built. I love her character and would love to see how you think she does in different comps (since most people just leave it at “don’t play her geo sucks”)
What do you think about Kaveh ? I think with Furina around the corner his kit will become that more powerful , he can recover hp from dendro core explosions which will be a big help in building up stacks for Furina's burst which the more stacks you have the more dmg your characters deal.
it will be bad Furina isnt meant for transformative reactions, specially Dendro teams that use bloom what will her buff be meaningful for? if everyone is full elemental mastery, not doing any dmg themselves

I've always loved Kaveh since he came out. I tried him on a Nilou team on floor 12 second chamber (the new gravity boss) and I was amazed at how he managed to keep his health really high up due to his self healing despite the boss dealing a lot of damage
Cyno is definitely underrated he’s been feeling great in quickbloom and keeps getting better with newer characters(Furina soon) idk why people still think he’s mid his only issues that I notice are multi wave and his burst is too expensive sometimes but Nahida is a good battery for him anyway.
@Desky_ he's not underrated. Cyno mains overrate him cause they don't think logically and only use HIM in dendro teams instead of a better flex. Ask any tc and they'll say he's a badly designed character cause he literally doesn't do anything other than be a downgrade since u can use a damage buffer instead of cyno in dendro core teams. A good on field and well designed character for dendro teams is alhaitham, who's actually an upgrade compared to cyno who's a downgrade in dendro teams.
My Cyno is decently built, yet he slays all the tanky abyss bosses most of the time, even with heavy electro resistant enemies he just hyperbloom them to death

Cyno's best team with Baizhu, Nahida will probably have XQ being replaced with Furina. I feel as if after that, he might become more fairly rated. Can't wait to get him on his next rerun though, 3rd time is the try and I got 120 pulls saved so far🙏🏿

I have a C4 Noelle as one of my mains, and she often carries my team. Shields and healing in the same package is handy, and her value as a ftp tank for new players is beyond dispute.
I think u should build albedo he is way too overated sure he wont be like crazy like naida but he is kinda comfy can be put almost everywhere and kinda fun while putting nice amount of damge from off field
My pick for most underrated across all elements would be Jean. But her stock is on the rise when Furina drops. I'd also put Baizhu as a close 2nd; I used him as Hyperbloom driver for this season's Spiral since I was using Nahida on the other half. Also, build support Amber next.
Dori is underrated. C6 is super underrated. She heals and supports without dying... The good old times when a character didn't have to loose hp to do the trick!

Kokomi I think is overrated by the general public. She is good though. And Yae I don't think is underrated, she is the best Aggravate driver, though, I saw peple who trash on Aggravate so maybe the whole reaction is underrated.

She's not maligned, but for a while I used her for basically everything, calling her the best defensive character in the game. Anemo: Heizou, I imagine. There's a lot of anemo I don't have/use. Could be Jean. Geo: Literally everyone but Zhongli. But for a single pick, Ningguang. She's certainly the most forgotten. Dendro: nobody. The element is too recent and theorycrafting has become too prominent.
For me the most underrated character in every element * Electro- Cyno, he's by far one of the most underrated characters in the game, to this day I always hear people say "the character I regret pulling the most is Cyno, then I look at their Cyno with like mid investment and an average guilded dreams set, * Hydro- Ayato, even by a lot of content creators I was see people classify him worse than Childe when I think he's better than him in a lot of situations, he's way more versatile, easier to play, and he's got massive aoe hydro application both on and off field * Cryo- probably Eula just because the Genshin TC community has such a bad perception on her that people will consider her to be the worse hypercarry, but she can still be one of the highest hitting characters in the game with good investment, but she needs a high amount of investment * Pyro- Still Dehya, again she's barely being put on notice with the new Fontaine characters, she works great with the 3 Fontaine dpses we have so far, and she might work well with furina despite her not really being optimal with her * Dendro- I would definitely say Collei, her quick front loaded dendro application is great in Nilou teams, and she has decent off field application with her skill, I think Baizhu is pretty properly rated, there's not much you can say about him with both him and yaoyao being interchangeable in most teamcomps depending on if you want more AoE or single target application * Ameno- I would say probably Venti , Venti not being able to work with "bosses", is pretty overstated, he can work decently well with stationary bosses like Coppelia and experimental field generator, as they'll still get hit and damaged by most of his swirls * Geo- really hard to say, but it's probably Albedo, he's not bad outside of mono feo teams, like in a double geo comp with Zhongli and a dps driver and sub dps, flexible but not optimal is what I would describe him
If i were to make the list.. - Electro : Traveler - Pyro : not sure... probably Klee and Yoi too - Hydro : Barbara - Cryo : Kaeya, Chongyun - Anemo : Traveler - Geo : Noelle, Traveler - Dendro : Collei
From my experience with Yoimiya without a shield in Overvape or VV vape, I am never going to torture myself with something like that ever again... And I'll never take Yoimiya out of the trashcan.
build geo chars as many, coz geo itself is the most underrated element in the game, is it really weak in terms of dps or just boring for some people or very niche? navia will come soon with a possible new geo set and noelle seems gonna be better in 4.2 with certain character, noelle c6 vs c0 itto, its gonna be interesting take, well yeah you would need to have itto to compare this or maybe borrow from someone else
If Lynett is not over/underrated, then how do people rate her? Do they think she's good/bad/okay? I have noticed that while her E with C1 (or was it C2?) doesn't provide as much crowd control and grouping as you would generally want from Anemo characters, I think her burst is quite literally insane. Sure, she may not be SS tier like Kazuha or Sucrose but I think she's at least S tier: because her taunt range is very big, her burst duration is very big AND her summon cannot die (but it's movable). I've found remarkable success and comfort when using her with someone like Yoimiya as a REPLACEMENT for a shielder. Her burst lasts so long that it's all the defensive utility you need. And that's a big deal - imagine she's just doing the role of Zhongli or Thoma without providing a sheild but instead providing VV - it's insane imo. I haven't yet tried her with Ganyu melt but I imagine it's going to be similarly, or rather, even stronger. WITHOUT Zhongli. I think that's a big deal. And my Lynett isn't even built! She has a lvl 50 er weapon with a subpar 4pc vv set. And I already think she's this good without considering her damage especially when you build her with atk/anemo/crit!

Maybe because we are from different places, but most of the players prefer Yoimiya than Diluc. Even though he's one of the best. He doesn't need a specific hydro unit for him or 2 hydro, you can even vape with barabar. What I mean is he's on the more flexible. Hydro: Barbara/ Ayato. Ayato coz just like Diluc he's on the more flexible side. So people tend to look down upon him. Cryo: Chongyun/ Qiqi, as you said with Baizhu, healers are only going to get better. Anemo: Heizou fr, you need to test him. Geo: Ningguang / Yun Jin/ Noelle. Strongly support Ningguang, she's slept on just because she's a Geo character. Dendro: Collie/ Kirara, tbh I hate Baizhu even though he's said to be dendro Kokomi. The fact is that he's so defensive oriented & is a five star, and still possesses the weakest shield in game?! Is just absurd, idk what was hoyo thinking when they made his kit. And people are saying he's good, no he isn't. Hoyo shouldn't have gone with the shield shit in his kit, if it was just like Kokomi's I would have been able to support him.
Yoimiya would have been so much better if her stupid burst doesn’t do 0 damage, and they even try to justify not to use her burst with Shimenawa. Make the AoE bigger, no ICD, and give it an actual decent multiplier, so she’s not a sitting duck on anything other than boss room.
Electro - Cyno ppl on the mid bandwagon with him but he is not as bad as ppl make it out to be. Pyro - Yanfei she had some relevants when toma came out and her stocks got up cause at the time thoma wasnt good and ppl learned of tankfei, but since dendro she has fallen off slowly while thoma is slowing getting better. Yanfei is still decent. Hydro - Mona, she still good for hypercarries doong big pp dmg and is overlooked. Cryo - I would say Mika but rizzly kinda brought mika back into discussions, so it has to be chongyun legit nobody uses that man and he isnt bad but just overlooked imo Anemo - imo Jean she doesnt group good but she does good dmg for a anemo support as well as decent heals. Geo - has to be ninguang, one of the og launch 4 stars that once was the best single target dps in the game and was considered by the community a 4.5 star UNIT at the time. While she has crazy fell off to being forgotten she can still dish out good ST dmg. Dendro - im actually not sure tbh cause i think all dendro units are placed correctly via the comminity on where they stand as a unit. But if i had to guess probably dendro mc or baizhu,
For dendro I would say Collei is the most underrated just by virtue of people not knowing she gives more dendro than DMC. I definitely agree Baizhu is also quite underrated though- too many people sleep on him and I'm predicting a Kokomi esque moment for him in 4.x

most players i see cast her e way to soon when they still setting up bursts and skills with i frames and waste the recast instantly against enemys that can move alot like the seahorse in 12-1 in current abyss.
honestly a big fan of frontloading burgeons in a hyperburgeon team with her. like causing burning via nahida e and dehyas first e cast then using tartaglia ranged burst for aoe vape, use dehyas recast,cast kuki e,tartaglia e go brrrr. if you can also still battery dehya using her burst to cover tartaglias cd if you overextended can be useful if you combine it with kukis e or something like doris burst for overload+burning+nahidas e marks with the odd spread proc.
@@kane2145 I think her niche is already great. She's an excuse to never pull Zhongli on your account, which if you're a newer player is great. You can now play your Lyney's, Nuevillette's and Ganyu's comfortably and feel no pressure to pull him
For Dendro, I agree it's Baizhu. But I'm happy I have him. He's been a staple healer and sub dendro applicator in spiral abyss. He can fit in to Nilou's team if Kokomi is needed to other side and vice versa. He can support Alhaitham (carry the deepwood memory artifacts) so Alhaitham can use Guilded dreams and also help with dendro resonance.
I actually kinda regret not saving enogh for Baizhu although I wanted him for so long, if he does rerun with Furina ill definitely try to go for him, although I'm at 0 pity and 50/50 after Wrio, Venti and Cashflow supervision🫠
I'm thinking about pulling him next patch for my quicken teams. Think ill be one of 10 ppl that will choose baizhu over furina, lol.

The thing about baizhu vs. kokomi is that kokomi is simply more desirable to pull because barbara is way worse than her compared to yaoyao vs. Baizhu.

I know you said you didn’t build her but i fully believe Lisa is the most underrated electro unit since she applies a good amount of electro, she shreds defense, can proc hyperbloom consistently on and off field, and she generates alot of energy with her skill only downside to her is how long it takes to use your skill.
Klee has huge AOE pyro damage concentrated in a short time window when she uses both her E-bombs followed by power attack. This alone is often enough to finish the enemy, especially if you manage to apply cryo before you call your Klee-bomber. And it also works really nice against the enemies like Wenut.
I think Jean is quite underrated, mostly because she doesn’t have any grouping capabilities, her damage and her heals are amazing tho! You get a cleanse effect as well as VV shred, and last but not least I think sunfire comps are pretty fun! Maybe I’m biased because sunfire Raiden was the first team that helped me clear 12-3 back in the days but I feel like she doesn’t get enough love. Also she’s hot.
Think also there isn't many teams Sunfire is good at, and there are also better alteratives instead of Jean. Sunfire shine the most when breaking elemental shieldes which is quite niche too (also heavily restricted to circle impact).

Let's go Noelle! She might be buffed by Furina, because she also can heal, so it will be good to look at her at that moment. But if you have the time to build someone else while we are waiting and make a video about them - I'd go Dori, since she is on the banner currently.
Noelle triple hydro (furina xq yelan) will probably be a cool team. Give her fav and archaic petra, build your hydro units for full hp/dmg cause they'll have all the energy they need anyway, and you'll have all your teammates damage amplified with almost 100% (+60% furina + 35 for petra for hydro units and +60% furina + up to 50% yelan A4 for noelle)

So Noelle, Albedo, Furina & Yelan.
With Noelle as DPS you don't need the defensive advantages that XQ brings and he is free for the second team.
Albedo also brings Geo resonance, does good AOE DMG, is a good battery for Noelle and is also buffed by Furina.
In addition, you can also give Noelle the Marechasee Hunter, which is farmed with Golden Troupe anyway for For Furina/Albedo.
But Archaic Petra is Definitely also a good option to buff the Hydro additionally, the problem is that it is very niche and has to be farmed separately while the MH set is simply in the same domain
I don't think noelle is underated, she has a huge community similar to beidou, they are just not mainstream
i know a lot of people rate Sayu and Heizou kinda low just cause Sucrose and Kazuha (and other anemo chars) exist. I personally think Heizou is not that bad, i often use him in 4 star only abyss run to 36*. people kinda underestimate him just cause there are "better" options.

Yanfei is for sure the most underrated/overlooked of the pyro characters. Worst you can say is her numbers are a taaaaad low by virtue of being a 4*, but she's very playable and can do a lot of fun teams.

i pulled baizhu and never regretted: super happy to have him since as you said he's solid and allows smooth play with tighnari and kequing where nahida isn't that great due to the fact he's a failsafe and applicator for quicken. He's great and very underappreciated :/
My comfort team is Tighnari, Shinobu, Xingqui, and Baizhu. Not optimal, but so fun.

I've seen him be talked about as yao yao side or even down grade (kirara as well but mostly yao yao) when it should be clear he's an upgrade.
I have loved watching this game’s general character meta go from Zhongli (1.5-3.8) to healers actually being needed on teams. Also that little stint of healers and shielders being an either/or choice we call version 3.
So few of us used healers in version 1 and it only made sense not to if you played Abyss - which I fully understand IS where the character meta stems from.
Either way, fun to watch metas adapt and change, can’t wait to find out who gets power crept next!
Jean is so underrated, she can do everything. I think people really undervalue jack of all trades type characters.
Her burst does good damage for how quick it comes out and will almost always fully heal the team.
Opens up interesting team comp in combination with bennett (sunfire).
Super easy to use and slots into basically any team. Sure she's never the absolute best, but shes probably my most used character over the history of the game.
Mabey ill build her, wont be too hard since she's a mondstadt character and I've been farming VV domain a lot
jean's only good team is with bennett where she isn't needed cuz bennett already heals a lot and active character healing is wayyyy better than party healing. jean is simply bad.

Qiqi is DEFINITELY underrated, and by A LOT.
The fact that people hate her just because of the overused 50/50 memes while almost none of them even know the basic info about her, which are:
1- Qiqi has the highest sustained healing in the game (yes, it's not Kokomi).
2- Her healing has 100% uptime even without Sac (burst exists).
Just shows how underrated she is.
Qiqi is not S tier for sure, but not D tier either, Qiqi is around high C low B (meta wise) as for 4.1, she's a great driver for a lot of teams such as Hyperfridge, she's the best Clam set user, and she's the best healer.
She's a "decent" character like a lot of charcters in the game, not particularly good nor particularly bad, just decent.

Klee is definitely underrated, she is so fun and the best in burgeon teams!!! Especially since she is a catalyst, she can constantly apply pyro and her burst also hits the dendro cores you can’t reach so it creates more burgeon reactions 🔥
heizou is definitely underrated!! people think that 4* main dps are bad but i think among 4 stars he is the strongest. super fun gameplay and pretty good damage with the right investment.
I'd love to see you build and review Noelle once Furina is out. She's likely going to get a massive boost from her, and I've been wanting to build my c6 Noelle for a long time now, and Furina is the excuse I've been waiting for ^^ As for who I disagree with, hmm. I think you have too favorable views on both Cyno and Baizhu, with the caveat that Baizhu might gain more from Furina than YaoYao will. I also find that Tighnari is quite underrated, as he's often compared unfavorably to Alhaitham. I have both and I would rate them fairly close, but Alhaitham is a bit more flexible with his AoE capabilities, but essentially same tier. C6 Tighnari is absolute madness and I really hope I can get him up there one day. I know you didn't rate her but I find Sayu is really underrated too. She has steep competition obviously but she's honestly not that far behind Jean.
I'd say Electro MC. They're basically an Electro reskin of Xingqiu with a focus on ER and Energy regen, as well as probably being among the top 3 batteries in the game.
as someone who builds every character too (at least the ones i own), i think my answers would be lisa-yanfei-barbara-rosaria-jean-ningguang-collei. none of them are like, meta-defining or anything but i find they're all pretty consistently at least decent

Given the roster of characters you have built for each element, I quite agree with your judgement, but if I were to make it, using the same characters, I would have probably chosen yunjin as the most underrated option for geo... Besides, if I were to consider the characters you haven't built yet... I would have probably considered with cyno, in a tie, also lisa and dori as the most underrated electro characters.
Regarding hydro, I would have chosen mona, as I've seen many times people calling her bad or only viable for dmg showcases... For geo, I would have said, either geo traveler or noelle... Probably both...
Yaomiya is my main pyro for yelan comps in abyss because of autoclicking with mouse software. Just makes her gameplay so cozy. Can literally hold down mouse button and the entire field gets destroyed ever since her arrow tracking was improved.

For building characters that you haven't farmed for yet, you could always run your account on *Genshin Optimizer* with the Inventory Kamera, duplicate the database (to keep one as a "backup" of sorts to your current setup), then Optimize the characters that you haven't yet built for each of their known archetypes, borrowing pieces from your stablished characters in the process; After messing around with your artifacts and recording enough content for most (or all) characters, you just load the original database and "restore" the characters one by one... For talents, farming up to 6/6/6 (or even 8/8/8) is hella fast on weekends even for multiple characters, even more if you can throw some resin recharges at it.
I’d say the ideas for underrated match what I see in threads for team building choices on Reddit.
For who to build 6:40 I think you could try Anemo MC without much effort for his additional resistance shred from his constellation. Specifically I saw in some Abyss team guides that people used them for their additional resistance shred against the bosses with “leaky” shields like the seahorse and Emperor of Fire and Iron. I can’t imagine it feeling very good to play because you would have to do some interesting positioning to get the correct element swirled (like catching Guoba in the burst to get Pyro). It shouldn’t need any artifacts or talent levels since you can just borrow any other VV set on your account: that tornado is only going to hit 3 times for insignificant damage anyway.
Baizhu is so underrated the thing is if you have 2 Dendro teams you're gonna need to interchange the units and with Baizhu you can do that you go Kuki and Nahida on one team and then Baizhu and Fischl on the other and there isn't that much of a damage loss then
Geo is definitely Ningguang, she could have been a 5⭐ and it's the only geo catalyst. I'm planning on buildong her
Yeah I agree, at least among the three left on his picks. Zhongli is often deemed overrated imo, especially since some people make fun of players viewing ZL's shield as comfy and being reliant on it.
Yunjin is appropriately ranked by the community - good support in very niche teams, but (from what I've seen) nothing usually more than that.
Anemo MC is actually pretty good in early games.
Just give some EM, apply a random element and just swirl.
I expect Yanfei to take the underrated spot whenever you test her. Same with Dori, who’s actually a pretty competent healer and battery.

IMO the problem with Dori is that she’s perceive as a rather antipathetic character, not everybody if almost nobody will connect with her greed and tackiness, which is most of her personality. Although I agree she’s underrated, her kit is not out of this world (Bennett, for example, can do basically the same and more), so you can live pretty much without it

And if you can get enough ER substas on Thoma to make him work on Burgeon you can also do the same with Dori. Kuki will still be better because she's cheaper but if you're willing to invest into Dori there won't be a big difference between them
Baizhu is definitely underrated, some people call him trash bcs of his weak shield, while others find him comfortable and pretty/really good.
People who call him trash are pretty dumb honestly, the whole point of his shield is for it to break, it's not supposed to be a Zhongli substitute, rather his main thing thing is the healing, the shield is only there for interruption resistence and dendro application.
Pls build childe, he s so much fun and powerful, my favourite team for him is:childe(obviously),fischl,kazuha and bennet, i always run this on every abyss rotation
Yoimiya is a complete boss destroyer. Paired with Bennett, Yelan and Zhongli, she's extremely strong in current abyss 2nd chamber, even with rift hounds swarms and pyro shields.
Itto's way stronger than most people think but he needs his signature niche team to unlock his full potential.
Nah... Yoimiya is mid. She may be a good unit boss enemies... But so are Yanfei, Klee, Lyney, Yae, Al Haitham, Hyperbloom, Hu Tao, Neuvilete etc. And these other characters aren't as restricted to single target as she like she is. If she were a best character for single target that would be ok, but since she isn't I feel like she is very poorly balanced and not that great of a character
You should try playing Kazuha in place of zhongli when you get the chance! It’s a bit less comfortable but so much fun! And Kazuha increases her dmg by quite a lot! :)

She is my go-to "easy mode" option for single target content and I really enjoy her playstyle, but her burst is just horrible imo and her constellations are questionable as well. yes I agree yoimiya really is strong she carried my account right now, my ganyu and ayaka is not so good right now in the abyss and yoimiya always save me and nahida hyperbloom. I use kazuha xiangling variant of my yoimiya team for aoe and if there is small large hp units I use double geo for big dps
@@CritsVG True. I was also a Yoimiya main in 2.0 and after... But after Dendro gor released I used her like... Only a couple of times for Abbys since Dendro teams were just so much better. And characters with really fun playstyles like Thoma, Keqing and Yae got a huge buff...
And after trying Yoimiya out recently I could litteraly feel the downgrade in so many situations. Her lack of AoE really goes hard against her.
Qiqi is underrated (specifically the c6)
I know you haven’t built him yet, but I personally find Heizou the most underrated anemo. He’s extremely good as a quick swap and works well on a variety of teams. His double pyro team at times outperforms my Ayaka freeze (shenhe, Kazuha, Kokomi) team!
I think you should build Noelle next, because she's gonna get a huge buff with Furina and I think that it'll be fun to see how she plays.
I think an insanely underrated super free to play team would be:
Dendro MC, Collei, Barbara and Sucrose. You basically get these characters for free (I don't think Genshin ever gave free sucroses but could be wrong), Collei applies so much fucking dendro so fast that if your Barbara can keep up, blooms explode super fast, and it's easy to build! Just farm that one dendro artifact set and have it on MC and Collei, and then mid viridescent set on Sucrose, and mid heal artifacts for Barbara
As for character, I think people don't respect Collei enough, she applies a lot of dendro really fast and is amazing for exploring Sumeru, and she's cheap to build, the only problem I had with her was getting those mushrooms for her ascensions haha
A wise man once said 'Klee was the original Raiden Shogun' and he was right. The energy battery potential of Double E in rotations is kinda nuts, solves any energy requirements mono pyro has by herself.

What do you think about Kaveh ? I think with Furina around the corner his kit will become that more powerful , he can recover hp from dendro core explosions which will be a big help in building up stacks for Furina's burst which the more stacks you have the more dmg your characters deal.

I've always loved Kaveh since he came out. I tried him on a Nilou team on floor 12 second chamber (the new gravity boss) and I was amazed at how he managed to keep his health really high up due to his self healing despite the boss dealing a lot of damage

cyno adds nothing to a dendro team. any 3 man dendro core paired with a flex does more damage than any of cyno's team. cyno is bad, get over with it.

A good on field and well designed character for dendro teams is alhaitham, who's actually an upgrade compared to cyno who's a downgrade in dendro teams.
My Cyno is decently built, yet he slays all the tanky abyss bosses most of the time, even with heavy electro resistant enemies he just hyperbloom them to death

A much weaker version would be like Cyno, Collei/Traveller, XQ and a flex but I recommend a healer/shielder
I have a C4 Noelle as one of my mains, and she often carries my team. Shields and healing in the same package is handy, and her value as a ftp tank for new players is beyond dispute.

I think u should build albedo he is way too overated sure he wont be like crazy like naida but he is kinda comfy can be put almost everywhere and kinda fun while putting nice amount of damge from off field

My pick for most underrated across all elements would be Jean. But her stock is on the rise when Furina drops. I'd also put Baizhu as a close 2nd; I used him as Hyperbloom driver for this season's Spiral since I was using Nahida on the other half.
Also, build support Amber next.
Dori is underrated. C6 is super underrated. She heals and supports without dying...

Personally, I want to see Kaveh teams, especially bloom variants without Nilou. He is not good, but it's funny to blow up blooms with a suitcase.

Cyno just keeps getting better, he works good with Furina and he’s way more fun than ayato imo. If your willing to invest into him I’d go for Cyno

venti is the most understimated in anemo, yeah he isnt that good on heavy units, right, but he does half the abyss with any infusion on the ult, how is that bad in any capacity?

Kokomi I think is overrated by the general public. She is good though. And Yae I don't think is underrated, she is the best Aggravate driver, though, I saw peple who trash on Aggravate so maybe the whole reaction is underrated.

Geo: Literally everyone but Zhongli. But for a single pick, Ningguang. She's certainly the most forgotten.
Dendro: nobody. The element is too recent and theorycrafting has become too prominent.
You should definitely build Heizou! Very underrated
For me the most underrated character in every element
* Electro- Cyno, he's by far one of the most underrated characters in the game, to this day I always hear people say "the character I regret pulling the most is Cyno, then I look at their Cyno with like mid investment and an average guilded dreams set,
* Hydro- Ayato, even by a lot of content creators I was see people classify him worse than Childe when I think he's better than him in a lot of situations, he's way more versatile, easier to play, and he's got massive aoe hydro application both on and off field
* Cryo- probably Eula just because the Genshin TC community has such a bad perception on her that people will consider her to be the worse hypercarry, but she can still be one of the highest hitting characters in the game with good investment, but she needs a high amount of investment
* Pyro- Still Dehya, again she's barely being put on notice with the new Fontaine characters, she works great with the 3 Fontaine dpses we have so far, and she might work well with furina despite her not really being optimal with her
* Dendro- I would definitely say Collei, her quick front loaded dendro application is great in Nilou teams, and she has decent off field application with her skill, I think Baizhu is pretty properly rated, there's not much you can say about him with both him and yaoyao being interchangeable in most teamcomps depending on if you want more AoE or single target application
* Ameno- I would say probably Venti , Venti not being able to work with "bosses", is pretty overstated, he can work decently well with stationary bosses like Coppelia and experimental field generator, as they'll still get hit and damaged by most of his swirls
* Geo- really hard to say, but it's probably Albedo, he's not bad outside of mono feo teams, like in a double geo comp with Zhongli and a dps driver and sub dps, flexible but not optimal is what I would describe him

From my experience with Yoimiya without a shield in Overvape or VV vape, I am never going to torture myself with something like that ever again... And I'll never take Yoimiya out of the trashcan.
build geo chars as many, coz geo itself is the most underrated element in the game, is it really weak in terms of dps or just boring for some people or very niche? navia will come soon with a possible new geo set and noelle seems gonna be better in 4.2 with certain character, noelle c6 vs c0 itto, its gonna be interesting take, well yeah you would need to have itto to compare this or maybe borrow from someone else

If Lynett is not over/underrated, then how do people rate her? Do they think she's good/bad/okay?
I have noticed that while her E with C1 (or was it C2?) doesn't provide as much crowd control and grouping as you would generally want from Anemo characters, I think her burst is quite literally insane. Sure, she may not be SS tier like Kazuha or Sucrose but I think she's at least S tier: because her taunt range is very big, her burst duration is very big AND her summon cannot die (but it's movable).
I've found remarkable success and comfort when using her with someone like Yoimiya as a REPLACEMENT for a shielder. Her burst lasts so long that it's all the defensive utility you need. And that's a big deal - imagine she's just doing the role of Zhongli or Thoma without providing a sheild but instead providing VV - it's insane imo. I haven't yet tried her with Ganyu melt but I imagine it's going to be similarly, or rather, even stronger. WITHOUT Zhongli. I think that's a big deal.
And my Lynett isn't even built! She has a lvl 50 er weapon with a subpar 4pc vv set. And I already think she's this good without considering her damage especially when you build her with atk/anemo/crit!

Electro: Beidou/ Razor. It's true Cyno is hated but everyone knows he's better than Keqing in Aggravate teams.
Pyro: Klee/ Diluc. Maybe because we are from different places, but most of the players prefer Yoimiya than Diluc. Even though he's one of the best. He doesn't need a specific hydro unit for him or 2 hydro, you can even vape with barabar.
What I mean is he's on the more flexible.
Hydro: Barbara/ Ayato. Ayato coz just like Diluc he's on the more flexible side. So people tend to look down upon him.
Cryo: Chongyun/ Qiqi, as you said with Baizhu, healers are only going to get better.
Anemo: Heizou fr, you need to test him.
Geo: Ningguang / Yun Jin/ Noelle. Strongly support Ningguang, she's slept on just because she's a Geo character.
Dendro: Collie/ Kirara, tbh I hate Baizhu even though he's said to be dendro Kokomi. The fact is that he's so defensive oriented & is a five star, and still possesses the weakest shield in game?! Is just absurd, idk what was hoyo thinking when they made his kit. And people are saying he's good, no he isn't. Hoyo shouldn't have gone with the shield shit in his kit, if it was just like Kokomi's I would have been able to support him.
For Geo characters Gorou and Noelle are pretty solid supports
Yoimiya would have been so much better if her stupid burst doesn’t do 0 damage, and they even try to justify not to use her burst with Shimenawa. Make the AoE bigger, no ICD, and give it an actual decent multiplier, so she’s not a sitting duck on anything other than boss room.

Electro - Cyno ppl on the mid bandwagon with him but he is not as bad as ppl make it out to be.
Pyro - Yanfei she had some relevants when toma came out and her stocks got up cause at the time thoma wasnt good and ppl learned of tankfei, but since dendro she has fallen off slowly while thoma is slowing getting better. Yanfei is still decent.
Hydro - Mona, she still good for hypercarries doong big pp dmg and is overlooked.
Cryo - I would say Mika but rizzly kinda brought mika back into discussions, so it has to be chongyun legit nobody uses that man and he isnt bad but just overlooked imo
Anemo - imo Jean she doesnt group good but she does good dmg for a anemo support as well as decent heals.
Geo - has to be ninguang, one of the og launch 4 stars that once was the best single target dps in the game and was considered by the community a 4.5 star UNIT at the time. While she has crazy fell off to being forgotten she can still dish out good ST dmg.
Dendro - im actually not sure tbh cause i think all dendro units are placed correctly via the comminity on where they stand as a unit. But if i had to guess probably dendro mc or baizhu,
Jean is about to get talked up with Furina so I definitely vote Venti but overall I just think you're correct they're both underrated lol
For dendro I would say Collei is the most underrated just by virtue of people not knowing she gives more dendro than DMC. I definitely agree Baizhu is also quite underrated though- too many people sleep on him and I'm predicting a Kokomi esque moment for him in 4.x
