खरीदो खरीदो पहाड़ पर, भूस्खलन मे मज़ा आ जायेगा एक करोड़ लगाओ बरसात मे डर डर के रहो, पहाड़ पर खरीदो अच्छा है पर प्रकृति के आधार पर natural बनाओ हल्के ईट की deewar, लकड़ी tin की छत वो हट टाइप अगर बना दिया लिंटर मार्क तो नुकसान भी हो सकता है

Very informative video.. I am not from Uttarakhand but interested to buy small property in Uttarakhand. Also make video on mode of construction with an estimated cost. I come to know there are two types of construction going on there. One is traditional construction i.e all civil works and other is prefabricated construction.. What is the cost difference between the two? And again thanks for your informative video
