The bag of Bibles was a special find. I've never seen a little pocket size concordance. I think the wooden decor would be amazing painted white and distressed. I can't wait to see what you do with it. Your china is such a pretty pattern. Beautiful flag. I love the display you have with your flags, crocks, etc!! Patience paid off with your jug didn't it. I was thrilled to have gotten the crock for such a great deal. Sadly I lost another piece that I had been looking at. When I finally decided that YES it was meant for me, it was gone. It was fun finding all the neat pieces and I absolutely love all the small Bibles! Love ya sweet friend!

Michele I think you found some wonderful treasures at great prices. I love the platters and the mold is gorgeous and it’s beautiful where you placed it. I’ve seen those molds called pudding or jello molds. One I saw said something about bread pudding or plum pudding. The jug is also a good find❤️. Have a wonderful weekend sweet friend. Marion I only wish we had more antique store closer to me. Mine are mostly a good drive away but they are so much fun to go and explore. I just love it so much. I received a white Gideon New Testament when I graduated from the College of Nursing at Clemson in 1982. And I still have it.
That is so awesome! I love the white Bibles the most! I'm daughters in nursing school, so proud of her and would love it if they gave her a small Bible too!

Hi sweet friend! I can’t pass up dishes either! I love that you found the Bible’s. My dad was a Gideon and I wish I could remember what the colors of their bibles meant but I can’t. I need to look that up! Every time I see them I think of my dad. I love everything you scooped up. The architectural piece that is white that you plan to put in the frame is beautiful. It’s also a great idea. I love architectural pieces. There’s so much fun to put in vignettes. They add so much interest and character. When I saw the flower frog I had to giggle because I just won a bid for another set of flower frogs. After I said I would not go back and bid anymore but that’s OK.😂. Great seeing you sweet friend love and prayers always ❤️ 🙏🏻
I actually thought of you when I saw that flower frog! I would've bought it but I didn't like that they had spray painted it white. I might have to go back for it because it was a really nice size one. I only have the smaller ones. The Bibles were so fun to find and I will have to look up what all the different colors mean, I just love them all! Love you dear friend and I'll get that package out to you soon!

Good evening my beautiful sweet friend . The first thing you showed the chair I have one just like that. It cane from good will. You got so many beautiful things and I think your wall hanging would look amazing inside of the frame. . We are having a beautiful day so I took advantage of it and cleaned windows. I am now enjoy my patio but the breeze is making it a little cool. I love dishes and I can just hear my mom saying every where I went you have to be marked by dishes.haha if she lost me when we were out shopping she knew to look where there was dishes. That is so sweet Jeanie! My Momma loved dishes too and she was always looking at them but I was usually looking at all the other things. The older I get the more I am drawn to the dishes like she was. I think we must have a special trait! I wanted that chair, I thought it was so cool, but sadly I had no place to put it. One day I hope to have a bigger home just so I can enjoy filling my space with more of what I have. I love you dear friend and it's always a blessing to get to talk to you. Oh I love milk glass too! It's alway fun to go places and see what you can find. It's funny sometimes I don't even see things until I watch my videos back and then I'm like, how did I miss that??? I'm so thankful to have you go shopping with me. God bless you sweet friend!
Ooh i loved the ladder back, woven bottom chair!! The wood work & details are gorgeous, and that price was awesome.. that would be a beautiful addition to my chair collection😊 That platter is so pretty. I love the ornate clock, it would be really pretty hanging with some Victorian art! (Definitely needed a little rub and buff tho) I also loved the little white frame. The stained coffee pot was beautiful! Yellow flowers would be beautiful in it🌼 I want one of those old rulers to add to my antique tool box. I love anything hand stitched.. linens, hankies, pillow cases, pictures.. Anything!! I always imagine an older lady sitting in a rocker by a big fireplace stitching with the little wood hoop.😊 I have a small stitched picture i plan to put in a hoop as the frame and hang it! But I'm going to stain the hoop to mad it look old first. Where I love in Tennessee there's mostly antique stores, not many thrift stores.. if we move to Florida I'm excited to see what stores they'll have, and excited to get back to shopping, to see what they'll have! I've spotted A couple antique stores not far from my son's. Oohhh that cloche is beautiful!! Great deal too! I have a hard time finding cloches 🤷♀️ Michelle I'm always drawn to those odd or different pieces that are just pretty too! They just add that little something extra to a vignette or wall space. Ohh wow why a score on the bag of little bibles!! I've only found 2 little ones..a red one & a green, but always on my hunt list! I looked it up about the difference of colors.. they have different colors for where they distribute them. A certain color for college students and another for school age students, & there's one for sidewalk ministry, I'm not sure if there's another specific color, i can't remember. But that was pretty interesting! I would google Lens that piece to see what it is! Looks old & interesting.. if you find out what it is I'd love to know!😊 The large wood piece is cool too! The mold is awesome!! I'm pretty sure its some type of pudding or jelled pudding mold.. sweet piece! Another piece I'd definitely google Lens, find out the age & value! I love to collect copper & brass❤ Awesome price on the flag! I layer things standing and stack things sitting lol😄 Michelle I love the way you have everything styled on the trunk, beautiful!❤ I think the architectural piece will look so good inside that frame!! Another way to layer😉 Thank you for that reminder at the end, we really do need to rejoice in all things, he's our strength and our joy at all times, God shall supply ALL our needs! Like you said, acknowledge him, in all things! Tammy I just love reading your messages, they are so thoughtful and I love to hear about what you collect and how you style things. I wanted that chair and couldn't believe the price but I kept thinking where could I put it? That is the downside to living in a very small home. I have limited space where I can put things and store things. It's a challenge, and one day I would love to live in a bigger home, just to be able to spread out my decor more. One day...I'm gonna keep believing for it! I bet you are so excited to get things settled so that you can start hunting and thrifting again. It is so much fun, but I have been trying to be better about not going all the time. It's always a reminder to me as well, to praise God through the good and the bad. It's not always the easiest things to do but I know when I do I usually see the greatest things transform in my life. Please keep me updated on things, I'm here lifting you up in my prayers. Girl believe me I know what you mean about space! We were currently in a one bedroom apt. Fortunately we did have 2 nice size closets! But I had this large, long entry hallway going from the main house where our recovery home is, to my apt. So I used that space for alot oof my decor! And it was All room to room, no halls so the rooms were ok, not too tiny. But I also had this nice size empty room in the main house, a decent sized bedroom, that i had for storage. So Alot of things were in there of course. We'd been looking for a house for awhile so i was steady collecting😄 If we decide to stay in Tennessee we're going to be moving and if we move here to Florida i just pray we'll find an affordable home that's not too tiny, but i don't need anything really big either. I would love an older home and bigger rooms. I just pray by the end of the year we are completely settled and everything going smoothly, with whatever direction God takes us!

If I am not mistaken, I think your covered tin is a jello mold. These large ones were often used as a centerpiece on the dining table. They used a clear gelatin with fresh fruit.

I have a Victorian house and it’s full of antiques. I never change my decor, I simply add seasonal items and only if they are true antiques. Needless to say, I don’t have much when it comes to seasonal items. Personally I found that I was damaging items by constantly move them around and shoving them into closets. I work at a Victorian house museum and that’s what they do, so I decided to do the same.
That is such a great thing to know. I don't have many truly special antique pieces but I do have some worn items that I love to display. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with me. God bless you!
I have the same platter with the same red edge on it, I have it in my dining room with a teapot lamp on it! I also have the same transfer wear bowl with green on it!! We have the same identical taste!! Great finds!!!❤

I’m ok, we just found out yesterday that my sister who is battling stage 4 colorectal cancer has new tumor growth and is mostly likely aggressive and will not be treatable, she’s in a massive amount of pain and unable to walk, my heart is hurting, tremendously!
ALWAYS on the hunt for primitive antiques....no matter where I am....that is what catches my eye and that's how I've been able to find so many treasures for our home.....sadly however, it would be rare to find a legitimate primitive antique at the thrift stores I might shop....so antique shops, flea markets and even yard sales are more likely places to find them. I'm wondering if your little Bibles could be displayed on top of the lid someway?

Amazing score of the mold and #2 crock! You found some nice items to use in your decorating. I kind of like that piece within the frame but could you work your magic and make it the color of that brown showing on the black frame? (Just my opinion but certain it will look great whatever you decide. And remember, you asked for our opinion.😅)
I love your opinions!!! I actually moved the frame down a little bit today and added in the piece and I love it. You are probably right about it being the same color as the frame. I just had to style all the new things I got and that seemed to be the best place to put it. I was very excited about the tin and the crock, such great things at amazing prices. Have you ever shown your kitchen and the way you decorate it?
I've shown bits and pieces of it. My plan is to update it and bring ya'll along. I had found a wonderful cabinet that I thought would have worked perfect but sadly it sold so I'm still looking. I hope to share more of my kitchen with ya'll soon. It's my least favorite room in my home!
