I like taking my flags and soaking them in made coffee or tea. Gives them a worn, old world look.
I could spend all day looking at your beautiful treasures in your home. You and I have the same style. Love the scripture today. As my fiance and I are coming to the end of closing our business, I have prayed about what's to come. Only God knows our future, and we need to be patient for it. Good morning sweet friend 😊 oh how I love the Bible verse it’s amazing to think how he knew us before we were in our Mothers womb it’s really mind blowing 😊 your decor is beautiful every little detail & little touches yes I love pulling out things I’d forgotten about I look bk @ pictures as well & the ideas come flooding in it’s like Christmas every season you’ve given me some good ideas I almost stopped the video to start decorating my barn wood cabinet I use a lot of ironstone there imagine that it’s all over my home lol I just add a few blue & white transfer ware pc’s in different places along w/ a few flags your porch looks so good i love it & the precious history of your home I pray sweet friend you have a Blessed wk 😊 I’m looking forward to your upcoming videos ❤
Your home sounds just dreamy with all the ironstone and transferware you add in.....oh YES PLEASE!!! It's fun to look back and see what we've done and then try to come up with something new. I'm excited to share some of my ideas for summer decorating real soon. It really is unbelievable to think about how much God loves us. I ponder that often, knowing God created us, and how sinful we were and that He still loved us enough to pay the price for our sins. That blows my mind thinking about the goodness of our God. Makes you feel so unworthy of His love but thank you Jesus, He forgives me and loves me. I loved hearing about your home, thank you so much for sharing!!! God bless you!

I loved them all so I kept adding more and more to my stack!!! Sometimes I just don't know when to quit! I say use what you love and enjoy...so I do! Love and blessings to you sweet friend.
Makes me happy to think of Easton wanting that little cute duck! I use patriotic things mostly on my porch for holidays with a few items inside the house. This year I used my large vintage platters for a gallery wall instead of just having them in a stack. They all have sweet flowers of some sort. As always, your house looks great! When stressed for time, just put a heart, or whatever, beside my comment. No need for you to come up with something so sweet to say each time. Time wise, it is hard for me to watch everyone that I have subscribed to and comment and you have your own channel, watch other channels to support, make comments, etc. That is a lot!
I need to see some updated pictures Diane!!! Tell me how did you hang your large platters? Was it with those heavy duty disk that stick to the back? I've never used those and they make me nervous to try them but I would love to display some more of my ironstone platters. I know your home is gorgeous. Nah! I wouldn't miss talking to you each week, you always make me laugh and have such words of wisdom. Thank you though!
So beautiful as usual! I collect old mason jars and I also love oil lamps and anything vintage or antique! These things remind me of my childhood and my family who have gone on to be with Jesus!

Looking forward to your new summer look. I change things so often. I even change thing after I decorate for a season. Praying your Birthday was amazing. I needed this video to take me back in time with wonderful memories of visiting my in-laws. Every time you open up your beautiful home to us it is like stepping back into to my in-laws house and memories spent with my late amazing husband and his family. It was a huge family. He had 13 siblings. He lost three siblings. The laughter and noise of everyone talking at the same time was so great. Thank you once again my sweet beautiful friend.
I also miss large get togethers, we used to have so many of them with all of our cousins, aunts and uncles. Those were such precious times. I love that I can bring such fond memories to you. I'm glad I'm not the only one that is constantly moving things around in my home. I guess it just makes life a little more interesting. Love you precious friend!

So pretty Michele!! My family room and kitchen are done in colors of burgundy, navy and a mustard yellow-so they lend themselves to some Americana decor and my love of primitives. My dining room and living are actually done in more of soft sages and touches of pink, with more floral decor reflecting my love of English country. I do not have open concept, so some how, it works! Have a beautiful week! 💗

English country is so pretty too, I think I just love everything and have some of it all mixed into my home. If it's old you can count on my loving it!!! I do very little patriotic decor but I do use flags. I recognize so many of the same pieces in your decor that I also have.

I love to watch you decorate, Michele. I love that little leather purse on the peg. The mini open bible with the key is so sweet. Really like the blue vase too. No stoneware yet, but I use lots of floral dishes to decorate.

The porch & front yard is so gorgeous❤ I like just the simpleness of the key on the little testiment, such a cute idea ! I'm the same way, I love moving things around, adding new pieces, seeing what looks good out needs to be changed. I always say the same thing, things from the past were built or made to last! You couldn't find a piece of furniture built to last 100+yrs these days! Lol till bee doing good to get 10yrs out of something honestly 🤷♀️ I was looking thru some boxes of donations at our store and there were some little crafting supplies. There were 2 little bags of paper shread in there! Not quite as jagged as yours but it works..Yep, that came home with me😉 I've been looking everywhere for one of those spiky flower frogs.. all i can find is the glass ones every so often🫤 Oh i love that piece with the spool on it!! I have a little wire copper basket shaped like a tea pot, its flat on back & hangs on the wall. I have it on my kitchen wall with those round spiky yellow flowers in it. Another thing I've looked everywhere for is one of the tall cloches or a bell cloche. Its looks so good, you always decorate so pretty! One day I'm gonna have a hoosier, I'm speaking it forth😁 I'm obsessed with yours!! i haven't started collecting dishes yet, when we started looking at homes to buy i decided i would wait. Glad I did because I'm pretty sure we're going to be moving to the Tampa FL area. We've had an opportunity come up. My son & his family live there so we're leaving Thursday to go star for 2-3wks and ck things out. We'll have a lot to move but at least it won't be a ton of collectable dishes🫣 lol I have a few pieces tho. Your collection is amazing!! I have all the red handle utensils, now I'm going to star with the green. I'm excited for new thrift stores and I've found a antique mall in Tampa already!!😊 I don't know what Gods plans are for us but i know they'll be perfect & we'll follow whatever plan he has for us. Its tough right now but we're just trusting in him. Thank you fit sharing your gorgeous home & speed for the sweet verses, they always seen to be what i need to hear! I know what you mean about calling something forth, I found the perfect cabinet on FB and I just can't get it yet so I keep asking God to save it for me if it's something I can have. Don't you just love ironstone! I've had a hard time finding butter pats then all of a sudden I found several plus I splurged on a set, but that's what you have to do sometimes. I do love my paper shred, I think you will too. Thank you so much for watching, God bless you!
I like to decorate with the patriotic decorations in the summer. I usually start the week of memorial weekend. Have you ever thought about rearranging your living room furniture?
Yes, Kathy I have and I have tried it many times but it usually feels so closed off when I move the couch. I'd love to mix in some new or different furniture but then I run into the problem of where to store what I have. If you have any suggestions, I'd love to hear. Thank you for watching!

Thank you Cindy, you are so sweet. Aren't those grape hyacinths so pretty? I found them at an outlet store in Oklahoma named Walls years ago. They looked so high end and were really cheap. I bought all they had and I try to really take care of them so they will last me from year to year.
Too much stuff out. Distracted by everything everywhere.
