Really neat concept mixes for the chess pieces and "monster" merging! Some movements are a bit harder to read whats going on, but the flow from all the camera shots is really impressive!
Honestly? Clean this up a bit, give a bit more detailing, maybe a splash of color to separate the "cyclops", "witch", and "god" characters (little hard to tell the difference between them) and this could be a fantastic monster animatic! It's great now just a little hard to see the characters you've used in all of their glory
