I actually wasn’t sure I would like a tutorial that didn’t explain things - HOWEVER - this is probably one of the best executed tutorials I’ve watched in a while. I absolutely LOVE the speed at which you show the steps, and how easy you make it for me to see where to put my crochet, how to slip stitch, etc. Thank you so much!
Yes! This is THE BEST!!! You write it out and show just enough of each round, but not too much. It’s perfect. This is the 2nd one I’ve completed and I haven’t even been crocheting very long either. Wonderful tutorial.
Thank you so, so much!! My grandma recently became sick and I started learning to crochet with the goal of making a doily as a gift for her. She made doilies for many family members in the past, so I wanted to offer her a gift as well... and I just completed this one!! It turned out so nice, and it was doable even for a beginner like me. So grateful for your clear instruction. I think grandma will like it a lot, and I'm so happy I have this to give to her.
I made a big doily using a bigger hook and it turned out so pretty I made it for my mom I have subscribed and I look forward to create more things from your channel thank you for this beautiful doily ♥️
Thank you for sharing! After searching for a video I could keep up with and see the stitches, I thought you did a great job. Plus the writing captions/direction made it so much easier to follow than listening to someone speak to fast. I loved it!!! Great job!❤️🌻🌸
I saw this tutorial for the first time today and decided to try I out. It was so easy to follow. Thank you very much. I will be using this pattern with different colours.
I've been crocheting for years but I've never tried a doily because they always look so complicated. But I tried this one and it worked so well!!! Great instructions, very clear. Thank you for this tutorial!
I'm a brand-new beginner. I've tried several other videos and wound up giving up. But this one, I've got it! I think I'm going to make several of them. Thank you so much for this wonderful video. I love the detail that you show.
Am a crochet beginner and have this doily in mind for my first project as it appears fairly doable. I like the way you hold the yarn close to the work and not with your pointer finger held stiffly - I feel your method helps with even tension.....
Just to let you know that i did crochet this doily for my first project! Feeling great about my achievement - made a couple of mistakes, fortunately these are not too visible in the finished project. Feeling encouraged enough to start another project - a big thank you for your tutorial!
I made one following you and I used DMC Dentilles thread and 0.75 hook to make a mini! Thanks!! Looking for more tutorials from you as it was perfectly done and so easy to follow.
My first crochet project ever!! I did make a couple of errors, which fortunately do not show up in the completed doily...... Kristine thank you for a wonderful tutorial!
This is my first time making a doily. I used Lovecraft DK yarn with 3mm hook and it works out beautifully as well! Love your tutorial very easy to follow.
Bonjour ! En quelques mots ! J'adore, j'adore vos modèles, vos explications très bien démontré ! Pas besoin de parole ! Je vous en remercie ! Je suis devenue fan ! Merci encore pour ces beaux modèles et tutos ! Amicalement ! Martine H
I found it difficult to follow when joining the rows. would have been better if you talked us through it. I frogged mine 14 times because the joins did not look like yours. I will just continue wit the way mine looks . Not happy.
if i want to make mine bigger than this what pattern should i continue with until i reach my satisfied size and then do the last pattern? please kindly reply thank you
Great video, easy to follow, thanks :) I used thinner yarn so it's only 14 cm in diameter. Is there an easy way I could add a few rows to make it wider? /Anna
doesn't appear there's any need for adjustments! I just did this pattern step by step w a 5.5mm hook and it came out lovely. I am a crochet novice, so take what you will from that. I still suggest attempting this pattern. the final piece came out beautiful.
I only ended up with 15 of the 11 dc spaces somehow. I wish you would have done the step by step follow along continuously throughout the video instead of showing you doing two spaces then telling us to finish ourselves. I think that's where I messed up. Do you do any mercerized cotton thread size 10 by Red Heart doilies? That is what I used and of course I have a coaster sized doily because I used a 7/1.65 mm. hook.
I’m disappointed that there was no reply to my post 6 months ago. I tried this pattern again and it’s still the same problems. I guess I will just unsubscribe to your videos being that it appears you only reply to those who praise you.
Love your designs!! Can you tell us where you can find that little tool for weaving in the ends?? It would make life so much easier!! Thanks in advance!! 💜👍🏼
You could just miss out doing the final row and carry on with the lace effect till it's the size you want. I then did 6sc in each loop to neaten and firm the edges

I agree. I would pause the video, read the stitches, then watch you do it and then return to reread the stitches if I forgot anything. It’s perfect!
I am going to make the center only to make coasters that will match the doily perfectly! What a great pattern!
Thank you! 🥰
That’s a good idea.
I completed my very first dolly today with the help of your video....thank you so much......♡

Thank you for this great tutorial. First attempt working with a cotton yarn, mine is far from perfect but still very pleased with the end result 😃

When u say 15 dc in ring.. those it include the theee chains... Or exclude...
16dc including ch3 at the beginning of the round.
Beautiful. How do you make it larger? Would be much Thankful if you could let me know
Nice....😍
Thanks 😊
How could I knit this if I wanted to make a 50 cm in diameter table cloth. Thank you!
How do i adjust for weight 4 yarn, 5mm hook?

I can’t stand trying to follow this with no talking!
Love your designs!! Can you tell us where you can find that little tool for weaving in the ends?? It would make life so much easier!! Thanks in advance!! 💜👍🏼
Thank you! ❤️
The little tool is called the latch hook, i bought it at my local craft shop. You can also find it online (Etsy, Aliexpress, etc.).
Kristines Crochets Thank you so much! I’m thinking our local Michael’s might have one, so that’s where I will be heading! 👍🏼💜
Wonderful, i love this doily ❤❤ ur description are excat thank you from lebanon 😍😍.
If i want to make a bigger doily can you help please?!
Thank you! 😊
You can try sizing up yarn /thread and crochet hook to make it a bit bigger.
You could just miss out doing the final row and carry on with the lace effect till it's the size you want. I then did 6sc in each loop to neaten and firm the edges
رجعتي عملتيا 🙈؟ انا كمان حابة كبرها كتير حلوة 😍
الله عليكى
What size hook and yarn did you use?
It looks like shes using a crochet thread 10 in cotton most crochet threads call for a size 1.5mm hook. You can use any size yarn or hook
Check video description info
🏆🥇😍🤗
А схема у вас есть
Can you say how many skeins of the yarn you used?
I used 23 grams of yarn (one skein is 50 grams).

Hi from Egypt , love your jop 💕👍
Subscrib 👍
Thank you so much! 😊
I don't understand you directions. You say do one this and show something else. You NEVER say to repeat a stitch in all of your direction.

This doily is amazing .THANK You ❤️
