Yeah I tried that with water bottles (35 of them!). Still couldn’t get the water temp down below 64 degrees. Might work a bit better in the fall, definitely not the summer though.
You have got to put the waterbottles in long before youbget in so they jave chance to cool the water down. I just freeze a tub of water then add that huge icecube in before i go for a run, by the time im back the water is alot cooler
the water bottle hack is genius!
That’s what I was thinking
Brilliant bottle idea!
Just got mine today. Love the water bottle idea. It doesn’t make it too tight or annoying with them around you?
Smart gave me an idea so I don’t have to keep buying ice bags

Didn't work for me either. Only ice works.
What temperature was reached using the water bottles?
I think as long as you're under like 45 or right around 50 degrees Fahrenheit you're good
@@samirmussa1 Need to push into the mid 30s! for 3 minutes.
@SmossyYT try being practical sometime, maybe you'll smile someday :)
Does it get cold enough???
Is this the XL model?
Link to order?

How do you freeze a tub of water?
@@timjkoala7556 in a freezer....
In 2 days it stopped all that anxiety?
Lol, might be bullshit
was thinking the same thing lol
How cold does it get
10 minutes a day? The standard is like 2-3 minutes a day
The water needs to get down to 50° though
Yeah 11 minutes a week is all it takes
