That chicken with polenta is a dish called mushroom 'ciulama' with chicken and polenta. Basically the ciulama is the sauce which is the main and most important element in the dish. My mom used to make it very often when I was a kid because it was delicious and cheap to make.
Hi guys love these food vlogs. Agree 100% Bucharest is absolutely gorgeous. Loved Zae's face when she tried the tripe soup, brilliant... Again drone shots were fantastic, and even got a cute cat 🙀 at the start. Thanks guys....
Hi guys, Thank you for the food tour video. My favorite part of Bucharest was the drone shot. It’s a pity you weren't there longer. I would have liked to have seen some more historical buildings or more about history. maybe next time :)
Yummy yummy ! I am a big fan of tripe soup, Greeks and Turks have it also, but it is not as elaborated as in Romania ! The tripe soup has a secret and if you know it, you will become addicted to this delicious dish, especially if you are a guy ! It must be adjusted with "mujdei" (a kind of garlic sauce) and a bit of vinegar ! And also very important, a shut of palinka drunk it at once in advance ( a traditional Hungarian hard liquor much appreciated in Romania ) ! And "papanashi" is not a doughnut, it may look like, but the dough is different, I think it is made with cheese ! I already know my menu tomorrow, thanks !
You guys are definitely making my mouth water, everything looks scrumptious 😋 Zaes facial expressions while tasting the different beers were too funny 🍻🍻lol! Great video guys 👌🏽
hope you enjoy, even i know that the prices are to high for what it is, but you have now the idea to made thoses yourself at home, pofta buna= bon apetit
romanians ar masters in making gud wine ... top beer, grill meat, steaks anf many other uniq traditional food wich are owesome and outstanding ... wich u never tried ... !!!
We tried all of it. Not all in this video, but we tried all types of traditional foods. Attila is from Romania and we spent a lot of time with his family and ate all of the traditional foods, and drank wine, beer, palinka and more.
This city has parks ,museums, hard rock caffe, go to Herăstrău Park to see it it' s big and if you enter from the Arch off Triumf on the first alee ( alee of M.j) you will find the Village Museum with translation a museum with historic buildings old from diferent parts off Romania ,it' s an outside museum. Then go to Cărturărești library it' s unique & beautiful. 🥰🥰etc

Next time for sure, we did explore on foot without vlogging but there’s just so much to see and do!

Tripe soup is either loved or hated, there is no in between. When i was little i only liked the soup, and let the tripe in the ball :). Now I love it
It’s funny that I (Attila) never tried it before, and I ended up loving it my first time 😊.
For people who do not like tripe, they can eat ciorba radauteana, it is basically a tripe soup with chicken instead
Thanks for the suggestion 🙏🏼 I’ll have to let Zae know to try it.

We agree! There’s so much to do!
Super😊
ciorba de burta , you just have to try it a couple of times, will grow to like it. Think of it as romanian vegemite :))
stripes don't look very apealing but the soup as a whole is delicious. U guys are able to eat a lot in one meal..!
Haha thanks! We love food 😋
Nice city
Yes, very nice!
only 2 Romanian beers out 8? what kind of beer taste was that? thought it was ment for domestic beer?
It was whatever the restaurant offered. It was just a regular beer tasting, not necessarily meant to be domestic.
😍😊👍
Papanasi every day and nothing else. 😂😂😂

we really have to find another international name to ''polenta'' because italians don't now how to cook it, it has no taste
i have to admit, ''zaganu'' in romanian is a very shitty name to give , hope the beer was good ..
It was actually pretty great 😌
