Buying his stuff is not only a pleasure for your own ears but also a kind of reward to this gentleman for all what he's been doing over the years to bring us such good pieces of gear. It's really hard to think about somebody else having done all that with this kind of passion. Great Dave Friedman.
Dave is such a great dude with tons of cool stories and a super interesting life. I wanted to share some of that with you guys. What are your favorites from Friedman? I totally dig the Vintage T and the Dirty Shirley. //cheers Kris
@@ThomannsGuitarsBasses The Friedman Vintage T P90s and Jerry Cantrell JJ amp are totally watering my mouth! The best advertising Friedman received is the Kennedy Center Honors Led Zeppelin. What a perfect guitar sound on Stairway!!!
I really like the whole story of him and his way to explain the "music machine he made". Therefore the wah pedal got a blue led light so you know when it's turned on and when you can use it. It has a output buffer that is by passable and it's why you can use it like a pedal board buffer. At the bottom of the pedal there's a 3 positions switch for frequency: the more you go down, the more it adds gain. Rock and Roll!!
Hey Jonathan, you're not alone. I'm pretty sure the day will come, I guess we just have to be patiant for now. Imagine an aged retro-modern Friedman V in white tho. //cheers, Kris
Dave is in his own luegue he's the man 👍

Finally an interview of the man behind the most high end amps, pedals and now guitars.
