There are 3 or 4 bullion dealers, plus some pawnbrokers, jewellers, and ebay sellers. It's a good idea, but I am unsure whether they would want to take much notice, and may take the view that they are not there to take sides between competing businesses. I would be different if their customers made complaints.

I've got a question with respect to wondering how, given the different mass of silver relative to copper, does the Royal Mint produce the new higher silver content golden Sovereigns, whilst keeping the same diameter and width /or/ keeping the same weight on the scale? There must be something else they chuck in there besides copper and silver then.

I afraid I cannot agree with your company giving a first class service. Many of your staff cannot tell the difference between a gold coin cleaned, or not cleaned. They don't take bank or credit card over the phone, to known customers, or any customers, they only take bank transfer, which is very annoying, as you have to wait for bank staff to transfer it for you. Then you have to ring chards, and wait to find out if they have received payment. They really do have an old fashioned idea of going on. And I hate their system, and they really do need to get with it. Soon we may have cashless system, so what happens then.
