Question for next time: At what age did you feel content with what you have? It can be so easy to get caught up with the next biggest thing in life. I know I personally struggle with this
What i would do if i could'nt fail...is go back in time to see my Parents again. My Mum died when i was 12 and my Dad when I was 28. Im 58 now and it would be amazing to go back for a day to spend time with them again ❤

I guess I have a different perspective on the question. For me, having the guarantee you won't fail doesn't take the hard work away, it just gives you an assurance it's going to work out in the end, that your goal is achievable. Being an extremely anxious person, I've given up on a lot before I even tried it.
But answering the question, I'd say I'd love to become an actress. It would take a lot of work and me fighting through my anxiety, but knowing I would not be able to fail would keep me going whenever things got tough :)
“What would you do if you knew you wouldn’t fail” is more to do with what projects you are avoiding because of your fear of failure 🦋 I know a lot of people would say that they’d start their own business if they knew they couldn’t fail… so it’s just thinking about how fear is controlling your life / stopping you from starting projects or setting specific goals 🤍 liked how you interpreted the question differently though - u have an interesting mind ✨

I’ve always found your videos inspiring to live life how I want. Including walks, coffees and special moments with friends. I’ve used to think that this was out of “regular jobs 9-5 people” possibilities.
But this little snippets show me that its not about how much money or time you have available for it. It’s intention and setting priorities. Living and loving life, trying something new everyday/week and making good memories with the ones we love. No matter if it’s cooking something at home or traveling around the world. Now I’m 28 doing my best to live my best life in the now, no matter the cost, because it’s worth it. Thank you for that!

Hey Alfie, normally a silent watcher, am also a big Zoe girl but have started watching you more frequently over the last few years, but I was wondering if you would talk about your workout/health journey a little more! I am curious as to how both your physical training sessions, as well as your your mental outlook have changed throughout your journey. I would also love some advise for getting started (what did your week in workouts look like in the beginning vs now?). I will moving and working 7-3 Monday-Friday pretty soon for the first time ever so I am not sure what my new life will look like, but I would love to use you as an inspiration and motivation to get going again once I move and get settled!

Regarding your question: I think I would become a mum. Since there are a lot of responsibilities that come with it, I am a little scared of it right now. I don't know, that is the first thing that came to my mind :)
I think it’s satisfaction at the end of achieving something that is so great, without failing at anything you wouldn’t be able to feel that feeling.

I actually agree with your answer Alfie because I could pay all my families debt off and I’m only good at working out when I have someone forcing me to (e.g. personal trainer) and with a large lottery winning I could build my dream gym and get the best personal trainer to help me achieve my goals. I currently don’t have any where near enough to get a personal trainer. Also with the money I could fly back to the uk to visit family who I haven’t seen since we moved to America in 2016

Question for the vlog: are you planning anything for your 30th?
This is a random thought not really related to the video but it’s crazy Alfie that I have been watching your videos since 2013 ( even before I was subscribed to your channel) and here we are 10 years later where I turned 30 4 months ago and you’re about to turn 30 in a couple months time. It’s like we grew up together or something. How do you feel about turning 30 and looking back on the last 10 years?

What would you do if you couldn’t fail? Makes you think about what you truly desire and the fact that knowing you can fail also puts you off starting something….I think I’d be confronting fears- they prevent you from being your best self in life. My question is:
If you could see yourself in another persons eyes what do you think you’d change about yourself?
If I knew I couldn't fail, I'd go and get a masters degree. The course I want to do is really high demand, they only take 10 students every 2 years, but if I was able to get onto the course and complete it, it would set me up for my career as a music therapist. I also live in the North of England and there aren't many companies around that offer music therapy so I really want to change that. Winning the lottery would also be pretty good as well though.

Oooooh your answer at the end is so interesting. I disagree. So many things in life are just inherenty good/fulfilling whether they're easy or hard to achieve. Would being a parent mean any less to you if it was super easy? My guess is no! Whether easy or hard we have no choice but to do good and follow our passions :)

I don't know why i think that but i do. Probably because in life sometimes were prepared and sometimes were unprepared.

If I new I couldn’t fail, I would talk to strangers, travel, and find love. No risk of people being unfriendly, of travel plans going wrong or of not finding a great person to share my life with.
Such a random one but do you ever use your aga for cooking? If so what for and if not, why not? I absolutely love the look of it!

If I knew I couldn’t fail at anything - I would have more babies. We had IVF for our miracle first born baby boy and he’s the best thing ever!! We would love a second baby and whilst I have hope and faith it will happen (and am putting it out there to the world it will) if I knew there was a definite chance it would happen and there was zero chance of failure then that’s what I do. So many people take their fertility for granted and just assume it will happen but real life doesn’t always work that way. No one knows what life will bring and what cards you will be dealt. X x x x
