I’ve been feeling super down in dumps lately and just putting on an Alfie video has cheered me right on up. It’s been a while since I’ve properly watched a video of his due to me moving all over the place for the past couple of years. But it instantly made me feel warm, relaxed and motivated for some reason. It just made me realize why I started watching him in the first place and why I continued to watch every single day when he use to daily vlog for like 4 years. What a great nostalgia feeling.

My father just passed away the other day, and in regards to finding joy on a daily basis was something taught to my brothers and I at an early age. We called it "Pay it forward". It is a simply kind gesture you had done in your day, and what could you have done. At the end of the day, after a shit day at work whatever it was, as you are settling down for the night, ask yourself "how did I pay it forward today"? It always brings a little piece of Joy to yourself for that moment, and to remind you to continue or do better tomorrow! Cheers to all!
