Great Video. The whole point of wealth for me is freedom. My magic number in my mind is 5 million needed at 65 to not worry about anything. Am i better off investing a good portion of my income into stocks or saving my earnings to achieve this goal?
Varied sources of income is wise and especially living within your means. My net worth is $2M and I can pay my bills with no stress, but I don't live like I have that. I have no complaints.
Although financial advice is arbitrary and what works for one person may not work for another, planning is always preferable. I consider myself fortunate to have been introduced to personal finance at a young age. I started working at the age of 19, purchased my first house at the age of 28, was laid off at the age of 36 during the COVID-19 pandemic, and immediately sought advice from an advisor to manage the expansion of my finances. After further investments, as of right now, I'm only 25% short of my $1 million target.

I wonder why for e-commerce you don't recommend looking locally for inventory. There are many white label suppliers in Australia and it's a goldmine in the US.

Can I ask you a question? In your opinion do you must create your website e-commerce on shopify only? Can be possible tonuse wordpress and avoid the monthly costs of shopify?
You'll likely spend more money in problems and lack of infrastructure that an ecommerce giant platform like Shopify provides. The simply answer is just to stick for Shopify and the monthly fee is simply the cost of doing business.

I would also love to get help with scaling my current dog treat company, which I have been trying to scale, and reaching out to other people who just haven't responded.
Since you're young, you're already way ahead of 99% of people so I congratulate you for that! It seems like you already have a business and I suggest going on Tiktok and simply creating content about your dog treat business and link to your website where people can purchase from you. Be upfront about the joys and difficulties on starting a business so young and have fun with it! I guarantee you that that effort will pay off.

The principles still apply to this day. If you're not able to discern slight changes to a particular platform and won't take the time to learn the slight differences, then you'd maybe need to reconsider what you want to do and whether a business is for you right now.
