Very good! I loved the 'don't want it to taste like wallpaper paste' remark. It reminds of the time my sister said that wheat snacks taste like a bird's nest: A delicacy in some parts of the world, just like wallpaper paste.
I just made this but added broccoli as well. It ROCKED! I wanted to let you know that you were right about the nutmeg....It made all the difference. Thank you!

i do it exactly the same way but with gruyère cheese, we don't have parmesan cheese, and i've never tried the bread crumbs it's a very good idea and seems delicious, thanks.

i have never had the milk solids separate in mac and cheese but it did when i made this. i dont know what i did wrong. it tasted good but like i said it separated.
I was wondering if that is an additional stove top on your island or is that a portable cooking unit. I am in a wheelchair and am looking for a good quality "hot plate" that I can sit on a table and use to cook on in my kitchen. Love all of your videos. ~ Sherry

That looks great! I would like to know though, why is it all chefs eat stuff so hot that you can see the pain in their faces? They can easily time lapse the video for it to cool a bit and the food would look like it was much more enjoyable to eat. Just an idea.
