The thing I like most about Adam's videos is the view of the rest of America that one doesn't usually see in TV or anywhere else. All the places between the cities. This is the unseen America. Places where local artists create wooden sculptures or local museums of favorite sons. It's great to see.
going thru illinois helps me in away cause my grand dad was from Aurora Illinois I never been out that way I was born in PA, Thank you Adam for showing the state I thought you would of shown more of the Berlin wall cause Reagan was the president which was in when they tore it down and said Mr Gorbachev please tear down that wall, I can see why there is a piece of it at president homestead there a long lonely road goes on for miles and miles and seems there no end, around every curve is a stretch that doesn't bend, no one anywhere no one to even care except yourself's mind, driving all along the street until civilization you find, a long lonely highway is a grind, never ending until you see a sign, sorrow grief and sadness may be thought in every wind, so stay happy, stay smiling, stay moving on with a grin as the along the line, the long road will end soon and sooner then you thought, and history is what you got.
I saw Reagan in person in 1984. He was on a campaign tour and landed Air Force One at Ft. Campbell where I was stationed to transfer to Marine One to fly to Bowling Green. The whole post shut down and went out to the air field just to see him speak for a few minutes. We all loved him. He was a commander-in-chief we were proud to serve under.
I love your videos, Adam, but this one was one of the best to me. Thank you for sharing Ronald Ragan's childhood home with us. Thank you for sharing the beauty of America. I wanted to go to other countries to visit, but there's so much of America that I still want to see. Thank you for sharing this beautiful part of our nation here in the 🇺🇸 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 United States of America...
This was a great vlog, Birthday Boy! Hope it was a great birthday! These towns are all wonderful. They are not only what this country is about, they ARE this country! All these towns have their own stories and special claims to fame, as do all the people in them that make them great and unique. In all honesty, I had ZERO problems with your LA/Hollywood vlogs when you were out there. None at all. BUT - I enjoy immensely these little towns and the special things that make each one unique. Good job and keep it up!
Adam, I love all your videos! You are such a good person., you have a conscience and you are very generous to share all the information with us, your fans. By the way, those things are called WIND TURBINES. As I was told, most windmills in the Netherlands don't even function anymore. God bless you! Safe travels!
Hi Adam, making your track northwest. I heard the cow, he said take me with you😄 the park was cool with all the cravings. I never knew President Reagan lived in Illinois see we learn something everyday even when we are older folks. And by the way you made me laugh this morning thank you. Over and out
Whoa! Welcome to the club Soaky! Wild Bill, Spock hand, Tree statues, free water Ronnie R's place! Very cool. I loved it. Thanks for capturing. Have a great weekend everyone
Those carvings were fantastic!! So happy you are in rode trip mode!! I always gain some interesting tidbits about the past!! Thanks Adam. Have a fantastic Friday!!
Reagan was someone of an idol for me growing up in the 80s. It's disappointing all people are taught these days are about his short comings, never learning the reason why he was such a great man and leader. Staying up and seeing him take 49 states in '84 was probably one of the most surreal moments in my life. RIP Gipper
I love those little towns, so much to see, like taking a step back in time!!! Wow those tree figures are awesomeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee, such talent!!!! What a beautiful view when you stepped out of Large Marge!!! Great traveling vlog Adam!!! TFS!~!!
I love when you talk to the animals. Every time you go down ”the road less traveled", I start to miss my Homeland so much more. I think the way you chose to go off the beaten path; discover the places "no man has gone before" (well they have, cuz they live there...lol) are great and totally suit you; you are SO in your element (and the historical places ain't bad either) Thank you for sharing with us 😃
Hey Adam, you should know that you got mentioned on today's the Richest blog for their 10 people who got banned from Disney. They even mentioned your lawsuit and ability to return to Disney.
Hello Adam. It's cool you would mention Wild Bill Hickok in your video Wild Bill is my cousin he's on my father's side of the family. My father was born years later not too much longer after his death. My father has since passed away. I researched some photographs and compared them with my father's pictures and you can see the strong resemblance.
I love that Vol-con hand. "Live long and prosper". The wooden sculptures are amazing. So clever to be able to make something as great as them out of trees. I loved seeing President Reagan's old house. I loved that speeded up driving and wow that's a beautiful view.
Nice job Adam. So nice to be out of Hollyweird. My father who was born in 1921 used to call the sink...the zinc. I always thought he was mispronouncing it, guess not.
Oh, how I miss the Gipper these days! I remember when he came to my hometown of Glassboro, New Jersey to be the commencement speaker for the high school graduation ceremony in 1986. He was a great man and the greatest president of my lifetime. Thanks for the tour of his boyhood home! Take care & God bless!
Life was good under Reagan. At the time, I only had a high school diploma, but me and my bestie had a cool condo a short walk from the beach near San Diego. You didn't need a college education then to make a nice living. The '80s were a great time to be young!
I had no idea he spoke in Glassboro! The only New Jersey appearance that I know he made was at Liberty State Park in Jersey City during his 1980 campaign.
I was in San Diego from 1985 to 89 serving in the Navy aboard the carrier Constellation. It was a great time. Loved living in San Diego, had some wild times at Black's Beach and down in Tijuana at the Bambi Club. Lived at 25th and A Street. A studio was $500 then, it is now $2,200. The famous Bambi Club is now a steakhouse and my ship was cut up for scrap 2 years ago. She is just steel now to be used to make new cars.
Good morning Adam, liked the vlog. Those little town you're passing through are real gems of Americana. Have a beautiful day wherever you go. "COMMENTS OVER"
Hey adam, the Mickey you found? It was made in partnership with Colgate Palmolive. It's a bubble bath bottle! That, of course is Mickey. It originally came with a hat that covered the cap. They made ones with lots of other Disney characters too including Pluto, Goofy, Donald and a few more. They were made in the 1960s. Cool find, man.
love watching road trips videos!!! its so cool to learn and see different things. I am enjoying learning about Hollywood but still look forward to road trips. Keep up the awesome vlogs Adam!!!
Hey Adam!! Another good vlog. I thought the park you visited with the carvings was really cool. Thanks for taking us on a tour of the boyhood home of Regan. I can't wait for tomorrow's vlog. Love you Adam!!
Very cool showing Reagans boyhood home. My husband lived in Flushing across the street from Nancy Reagan's childhood home. We didn't know she had lived there until her death & the address was published.
Living the dream, man! I love how excited you get about these things. It makes it fun to watch. I used to live in Collierville TN and theres a train parked in the middle of downtown. Also a civil war depot.
Wild Bill Hickok looks like a young David Crosby from CSN & Y. Being a lifetime NYer I love these videos of miles & miles of nothingness. We did road trip with my family as a kid & I remember seeing cornfields. Now I live among & in a skyscraper. Im lucky enough to summer on Long Island & its gorgeous. I hope you make it this way. Happy Birthday & safe travels.
The mommy bear knows about her cubs face. She is from the uk originally speaking; you know stiff upper lip and all that. Love this vlog Adam. Will watch again later today. There is so much great info. Today. Very very cool! Thank you Friend👍🏻👏🏼
Another great video Adam. Thoroughly enjoyed seeing Reagan's boyhood home. When you get home should check out the Reagan Library and his Air Force One. Most impressive.
Adam I always appreciate the history you present to us , it's amazing all the things you have seen , never know what we will see with you , and that's what's so great about your channel . Hope you had a great birthday :-)
Awesome Vlog! 1984 that's when the 1st Back to the Future came out! Plus in 1985 that's when princess of Wales Diana danced with Your President Ronald Reagan! Plus looking forward to your next Vlog.

a long lonely road goes on for miles and miles and seems there no end,

Thanks Adam, for sharing Reagan's childhood home.
Loving the trip Adam! 🇺🇸
This was one of your best. I'm excited you're taking a northern route! This is going to be an amazing few weeks.
Great episode. Loved seeing Reagan's childhood home. Thanks for the great work, Adam! And Happy Belated Birthday!

Love your on the road adventures. You always seem to find the coolest places. The tree sculptures were so cool. Have a great weekend and safe travels.
Reagan was an athlete, sports announcer, activist, actor, politician, and loving husband and father. What an amazing man!
Adventures by George haha amazing sure 🤔
Adventures by George Nah he was a turd.
This was a great vlog, Birthday Boy! Hope it was a great birthday!

As always another great video to sit and enjoy my morning coffee break. Thanks Mr. Woo
Love the beauty of these small towns. We will always love Spock. What an amazing carving of the Vulcan salute. Thank you so much Adam, for sharing.

Hi Adam. Enjoyed watching today's vlog. Bravo to your storytelling abilities.
Happy belated Birthday Adam, and thanks for your tour of Reagan's childhood home.
Those tree carvings are fantastic. I loved President Reagan's house and the penny story with the loose title was really interesting.
Good to have you back on the road. I forgot how much I enjoy your travel vlogs.
Hey Adam, you should know that you got mentioned on today's the Richest blog for their 10 people who got banned from Disney. They even mentioned your lawsuit and ability to return to Disney.

Royce Nedeleff That's an interesting family connection!
I love that Vol-con hand. "Live long and prosper". The wooden sculptures are amazing. So clever to be able to make something as great as them out of trees. I loved seeing President Reagan's old house. I loved that speeded up driving and wow that's a beautiful view.
The Vulcan salute hand gesture was invented by Leonard Nimoy himself. It's a Jewish Priestly Blessing. Live Long and Prosper Adam!
Interesting!
I loved those carvings made from the fallen trees. Most impressive. Cows with flip phones. That was hilarious! Nice video, Adam
Always love these little bits of Presidential history.
You are awesome Adam and Happy Birthday! Glad to see large Marge on the road again.
It's good to see you back on the road again. Keep up the good work, Adam!
Nice job Adam. So nice to be out of Hollyweird. My father who was born in 1921 used to call the sink...the zinc. I always thought he was mispronouncing it, guess not.
I think either type of content is good. The Hollywood tours were fun, but I'm happy to see him back on the road.
Tom Boyte LA area DJ Rick Dees (102.7 KIIS FM) also called it "Hollyweird" on the air and that it was a beautiful 79 "Deesgrees" outside. I love LA!
You make my lunch break informative and awesome Adam...thanks...#mostimpressive
Loved this one!
Pamela Kelly Now that is an awesome happening on graduation day!
I only wish he had spoken at my graduation ceremony four years earlier!
Life was good under Reagan. At the time, I only had a high school diploma, but me and my bestie had a cool condo a short walk from the beach near San Diego. You didn't need a college education then to make a nice living. The '80s were a great time to be young!
