This last chapter really got to me, so it inspired me and I wanted to do it a tribute in the form of what I know how to do, an MMV, I like doing these but sometimes I just can't sit down to start these. I was trying to find an OST for this and I first thought of Mezase One Piece, but the unreleased Wano OST from when the samurai pray at the end of the raid was super epic and emotional, I think it fit well the part with Kuma remembering the faces of his loved ones, and running through life. Anyways, may everyone have a happy christmas, until next time!!

Kuma was many things; Slave, Healer, Revolutionary, King, Pirate, Prophet, Warlord.....but perhaps his greatest role was that of a father. You can't ask for anything more than that.

Apparently when Nami was stabbing her arm to try to remove Arlong's tattoo from her body, Oda rewrote the scene repeatedly until he himself was crying over it.

bonney is just like momo, she is still a child but the love of a father and mother has been missing since she was a child, it's sad that bonney's mother has been gone since she was just born into this world
Kuma and John Koffee from the Green Mile are very similar. They both are gentle giants who have the power to take people pain away, but the pain goes on them for a while and they suffer from it.

This is gonna hit so freaking hard in the anime. This backstory put Kuma as top tier character, man is the true definition of a good person. I was bawling my eyes out at the running scene in the manga. His whole life he was helping out others, running and running to help others, exhausting himself even though he couldn't see his only daughter, but it kept him going. Then vegapunk crying and then the last birthday panel, omg. You telling me One Piece isn't goated for these kind of chapters? Legendary stuff.

I hope Kuma somehow makes it back, due to the help of the Vegapunk satellites. If there is one death fakeout in One Piece I'd be fine with, it would be Kuma's. He deserves to see Bonney again and also see that he was right for placing his bets on Luffy.
