Okay so I just need to check so make sure everything here is okay. So I did exactly what you said and I defeated the big guy but I didn't get a flashback, I'm hoping this isn't a glitch and I have to restart all over again.

Kuma was many things; Slave, Healer, Revolutionary, King, Pirate, Prophet, Warlord.....but perhaps his greatest role was that of a father. You can't ask for anything more than that.

I hope Kuma somehow makes it back, due to the help of the Vegapunk satellites. If there is one death fakeout in One Piece I'd be fine with, it would be Kuma's. He deserves to see Bonney again and also see that he was right for placing his bets on Luffy.

This is gonna hit so freaking hard in the anime. This backstory put Kuma as top tier character, man is the true definition of a good person. I was bawling my eyes out at the running scene in the manga. His whole life he was helping out others, running and running to help others, exhausting himself even though he couldn't see his only daughter, but it kept him going. Then vegapunk crying and then the last birthday panel, omg. You telling me One Piece isn't goated for these kind of chapters? Legendary stuff.

*NOTE* For those who don’t know, the trapdoor in chapter 1 can only be opened on PC, strangely. So if you’re on console or mobile, getting these horror visions won’t do anything. What I like to do is after each phase, I stand in the toy machine room and wait for Ink Bendy to pass, pull the next lever, kill the enemies, repeat. This will ensure that Ink Bendy doesn’t interfere with your fighting. Or if you’re feeling lazy, you can pull the second lever right after killing the army of Searchers, so Ink Bendy will kill most of the Butcher Gang army for you. This will make you confident that he won’t spawn again, before you kill the giant Searcher. EDIT: Mobile got updated a while ago and you might be able to open the trapdoor now, because I saw a tutorial video on how to do it on mobile where they opened it
