@@Jgvcfguy LOL. Seeing their HSR is hundreds of billions in debt...that didn't go very well. "hundreds of thousands of HSR" 🤣🤡you need to get a grip of reality and English. You obviously don't understand how Chinese construction is financed, levels of corruption and constantly subcontracted until there's little finance for materials and pay. The same has happened on the city metro schemes and in other sectors. You really need to research what the Chinese people are saying, not the CCP. What you see in China is a facade, it's what they want you to see and believe...

In the long term, it will bring more economic benefits. Hence, the Chinese really see and experience the fruits of the taxes they paid to their local and national governments. Unlike in the West where their taxes are used to kill people in Ukraine, Gaza and the countries they occupy.

The reason behind Nepal's hesitant attitude towards this railway connectivity is nothing more than 'dept trap' dissuasion by western countries and india who never wanted Nepal to be connected with China and to reap immense economic opportunities and benefits that will full fledgedly make the country in a position where it can pay back its debt to China.
Nepalese politicians and bureaucrats easily fall into prey by western and indian dissuasion for their collosal corrupt and poor sighted nature prioritising their individual gains before national interests and the western INGOs and indian agents are ever active in Nepal to get their job done, no wonder why a poor country's bureaucrats and politicians are so rich.

This project has had videos dedicated to it on dozens of other channels already too. There's countless infrasructure channels on here too, most of them have been around longer than the B1M, so I guess B1M is the rip off? The Qinghai-Golmut to Tibet-Lhasa railway line goes through permafrost terrain which is subjected to freezing and thawing(or melting) yearly cycle, and the problem of subsidence of the grounds on which the railway track is laid. you can view the way they solve this problem after 10 years of studying how to overcome the problem. Even the Russian engineers had said that it is impossible to overcome, unlike Siberia where the grounds do not subside due to the small seasonal changes in Siberia. The Chinese drill deep into the subsoil and install permanent cooling-rods into the grounds to curate the temperature on a permanent basis. You can view a video on how the solution were found by the Chinese engineers after more than 10 years of R&D.
