Thank you so much, my friend. I have been trying to fix the window on my wife's escape for several days. She had the exact same problem verbatim. Window rolled halfway down, wouldn't roll up, etc. I removed the motor and saw the regulator cable underneath it, just as you did. When I saw that was the source of a problem I thought to myself that it seemed like something I could fix I've had at least three mechanics tell me it wasn't possible to fix. Clearly they were misinformed.
I have a 22 Escape, and both of my front power window regulators have already been replaced under warranty. They never got stuck, but were really loud while going down as a result of forgetting to lubricate them when my Vehicle was originally built. The Dealership constantly relubricating them stopped helping after a while, as the damage was already done.

I didnt get it you basically only explain with words instead of filming
It is a poor film but i'm just showing the locations of bolts since they are hidden & difficult to find; without previously taking it apart.
@@SamslamminCars the point would it be, to show how to remove it when it was on the vehicle not when is already off of it. But thanks 👍🏼
@@nmp244 all of the locations of bolts are shown, good luck
