The Dominion begins to act hostile in the Gamma Quadrant. So the intelligence networks of Cardassia and Romulus team up. Trying to destroy the Homeworld of the Dominion’s Founders, they fall into a deadly trap.
Watching "Star Trek: The Next Generation" on Blu-Ray we developed the idea to create some (non-profit) teasers featuring animated interface designs from our favorite Star Trek show "Deep Space Nine" in the hope that CBS will give it the same HD treatment.
We are David Frank and Christian Lerch and this is a fun project we do in our spare time. We are Motion Designers, Star Trek Fans and Sci-Fi nerds.

Oh my god, I got goosebumps when the Defiant appeared on that control panel and Sisko's voice came on, so badass!

What About the Feringi conglomerate?
They were the first power of the Alpha quadrant to seek out the Dominion. And, their purpose was for exploitation.
I can't believe the Dominion would let that go unpunished.
Which is the primary reason I believe Liquidator Brunt was a changeling. 😒
The real threat is from the guys who made this video. It's so awesome that even the Founders fear their power.

AKA; twenty years after the end of the series?
If you think about it, they probably _did get_ what they had first wanted from the war;
Even if the powers of "the Alpha quadrant" continued to explore the Gamma quadrant, I *very much doubt* they ever crossed into Dominion territory nor had anything to do with the different races of the Dominion ever again!
I always found this a strange thing to say as they had to sign non aggression pacts with the Tholians and Miradorn so considered them a threat and then there are the Talarians, Nausicans etc.
Is it mad that I now imagine Andrew J Robinson narrating the book "Fault in our stars"... evne though I've never read it?
If only the fans were in charge of the cgi for the Blue ray releases :)

So often you look for perfection thank you Gene Roddenberry smiling down from heaven, it angers me what's the budget for Star Trek discovery passion Utopia Shades of Grey Star Trek Deep Space Nine it's my deep black depression show when I originally watched your guys video I fantasized about being in a virtual reality program 15 years from now applauding
What do you mean, his son and others have said that if he was around there is no way DS9 would happen because it so deviates from his "vision"
He got the ball rolling but others made star trek great, the Genes vision stuff is pseudo intellectual garbage
I was number 680 to give a thumbs up. Just FYI, as there is yet not a single thumbs down.
1000+ thumbs up and more. Paramount and CBS are losing $$$ by not remastering DS9 (HD, S8, movie,etc.)
Some day eventually an executive is going to realize that DS9 alone is the biggest franchise in the ST unverse and maybe...just maybe we can get a season 8, or a sequel.

Long live the Dominion
The trailer breathes the spirit and soul of classic Star Trek. Discovery and Picard are insignificant and stupid in comparison. If you watch old Star Trek (TNG, DS9 and VOY), you also notice how much better the music score was back then.
You can take VOY out of that lineup, it never lived up to its premise.
Bad news everyone if it comes to blu-ray it won't look as good as this that's for sure!
It would require a major "spacelift", but it could be done. As Spock said, "There are always possibilities."
