Hello Dr Donnelly , I have been thinking watching you for a long time and and I’ve had a long history with my back and I’m in the worst condition I’ve ever been in. I have sent you my MRI disc and will send my current X-rays Tonight and I am hoping to get the MILD procedure from you as soon as I can. Having very hard time getting around and sleep is hard to get. I’m a new Grandfather and really could use your help. I am in Florida and I will travel to Dallas for this.
Hey there, Dr. Donnally does about 15 new patient telemedicines💻 every week. Here is the best path forward: 1- email your insurance card to Spine@TSCspine.com (We can’t take Medicaid. Private pay is sometimes an option, unless Medicaid) 2- if we take that insurance THEN upload your images to my portal for your 1st visit. (The only HMO we take is BCBS). 3- I must have X-rays and MRI, X-rays are critical! “Just” MRI isn’t enough and is a misuse of your time. It needs to be from last 12 months. Nothing older is needed or wanted. Cant stress this enough, must have BOTH: x rays and MRI. 4- You need to get your CD of your X-ray and MRI (imaging centers will NEVER send them to us) 5- On the top of my website (www.DonnallySpine.com) is the link to UPLOAD images, from YOUR HOME! 🥰(or at a CVS with Physician LookUp Code k5037438) 6- To recap: email us, get CDs, THEN upload! Step by step: ruclips.net/video/HpKOfI_1FSs/видео.html - Again- no Medicaid. Must have your X-rays and MRI.
I missed the live but in watching this, I am due for a LLIF at the L4 L5. Why do you not recommend it at that level? Also I’m having the posterior fusion thank you.

Thank you for all you do! I'm getting a hemilaminectomy discectomy on L4 L5. My question is with the disectomy, if my doctor removes the disk, what will happen? He never said he'll replace it with anything. Or maybe he'll just scrape off the worn discs? I know the best thing to do is to ask him but I'm just curious what he'll do. Thank you!
What do you think about people with Ehlers Danlos syndrome hyper-mobile with spondylolesthesis arthritis and pars defect and spinal stenosis with thickening of the ligamentum flavum (sp) getting alif 2-3 level fusion? Do you recommend a surgeon near the Ohio West Virginia Pennsylvania Maryland area?

I had to have all 7 cervical vertebrae fused and a plate in my neck back on April 4, 2020. Other than some pain going great. I’ve had and known I suffered from degenerative disc disease. Also diabetic. 6’ 175 lbs. inherited. 66 years old. Glad I was just outside of Boston, went to Mass General. 3 months there in a medical induced comma for 3 1/2 weeks of that time, the Spalding rehab for 6 weeks. Both were absolutely wonderful. On top of that 3 spinal taps due to a viral infection in my spine. I was told only with having to do the surgery would they have found the infection. Apparently deadly. I finally reached my normal body weight back about 1 year ago. I went down to 124 lbs due to the surgery. back on my feet in 3 weeks in Spalding. I was truly fortunate having been in Massachusetts at the time. I’m on tramadol to relax the pain. My primary physician Lauren Scoot with Fenway Health , absolutely wonderful. Wish you and your followers well. Doing absolutely fantastic here.

You’d need to ask how they do it
Do you have recommendations for someone in Midwest for spinal surgeon?
