    2 cloves of crush garlic
    2 egg yolks
    30gr grated parmesan cheese
    100ml single cream (you can also use double cream or heavy cream)
    freshly ground black pepper
    200g - 220gr spaghetti

    By using eggs, cheese and pasta cooking water, a perfect cream can be obtained. There is no reason to use cream milk. Italians use olive oil, not butter or cream of milk.

      I totally agree, but I've never called this italian 😁 it's a matter of taste really and it can work both ways if the particular method feels right for you.👌
