Unboxing are cool, i like hearing about what its like to work in gaming, i like to hear gossip or news about gaming, etc. if you put your comedy spin on any of that then i will watch it
Found you from the shorts you used to do about being an activision employee and all the dumb ass decisions that get made on the corporate level, or being a new employee and hating the job. They are comedic gold. I really think thats your niche (comedy). Maybe same style videos but implemented into other genres (nba, car manufacturers etc.). Who knows, maybe you’ve already been doing it and the algorithm just hid you from my timeline. Either way, I’m here for it and I’ll keep checking back to see how it’s going.

I think you should do whatever interests you bro. I know fundamentally your content is revolved around gaming. But I think adding other things like sports, trucks, reaction vids ( towards gaming or anything else that interests you) will keep the content refreshing. You can also do vlog videos, live streaming, or even watch parties for a sporting event so everyone can hang out.
Just throwing some ideas out there man. I think the key is doing something that aligns with your true passions. Your viewers will see those passions and connect with you on those topics.

Your videos are funny and authentic, and I feel represent how a lot of us normal dudes feel about gaming, and the other hobbies you mentioned. I think all those ideas you rattled off would be good long-form content vids. People may have found your channel on shorts for COD skits (which are hilarious and definitely keep them going!), but they stayed for your personality. Post whatever vids you feel like and the people will watch!

There's a pretty big overlap between gaming and sports these days, think about how many professional athletes are streaming! I have subscribed to the channel months ago, checked out and participated a little in a live stream pretty soon thereafter, and then havent really seen videos pop up on my desktop for it and i usually scroll pretty far down and see a lot of vids on my home screen daily.
To the question at hand. I think your personality and comedy are great. Gaming will definitely have a foothold as it should. Be yourself, be funny in your way, don't view it as trying to put on a show, more that people just enjoy watching other people being themselves and having fun doing it.
I like to view a mix of content that consists of informative videos, new games, features etc, but also friends just f*cking around on a game of their choice. You can go in any direction you want really.
I think your primary channel should stick mostly to gaming related/setup/office etc. Maybe a second channel for cars/sports/clothes/food etc. It's your content, so it's just a suggestion.
